I love ricos pizza but the last few months I have stayed away because the quality of pizza is very underwhelming. I went back in today to give it another try. One piece of cheese pizza and one garlic. The cheese piece was so under cooked that when I picked it up to eat, the center of the dough collapsed. It was so under cooked on the bottom that it tasted really bad. The garlic piece was no better and also under cooked. Every time I go into ricos I get a different version...read full review

I would like to give them 5 stars because their food is great but I'm unsure if this asian guy at the horseheads location is the new owner or not but wow! The rudeness is unreal. He really needs help in the customer service area. On two occassions he was very rude one time to me and the other to my wife. We have since started going to picnic pizza not as good but they are very pleasent.
