Coffee was hot. Ordered hot mocha and hot mocha with coconut. Tasted like nothing but plain coffee.

Waited hlf hr to get waited on, the staff not friendly, had new person on front counter and nobody helping makes drinks while he took orders

Rare to walk into a Dunkin and see a crew so helpful and happy. Normally wouldn’t rate a Dunkin because they’re pretty much all the same but the vibes were so good in here that I felt compelled to say something.

While the staff is hardworking and courteous, service can sometimes be slow. The restrooms are clean, including the men's room, except when it's out of order. Parking can be challenging, especially during drive-thru lines. The crew, especially Davonte, is friendly and professional, making customers feel welcome. Many visitors enjoy breakfast nearly every day, with most food being tasty, though some items like the Green Goddess wrap are just okay. The coffee is reliably good, and specialty drinks like the pineapple mango green tea refresher are well-made and refreshing. Customers appreciate the positive attitude of the staff and the overall experience, though they wish Dunkin' offered more promotions or merch for frequent visits.
