Yesterday (7/31) I went to All American Bagel & Barista and got a chicken salad on toasted rye with lettuce and onion, it was so good I thought about going back for another sandwich today. 10/10 this place is always the best.

Used to be amazing, now just awful.
This bagel shop used to be my go-to spot—fresh bagels, great tuna salad, and friendly service. Sadly, that’s no longer the case. Over the past year, the quality has seriously declined. Orders are constantly wrong, the staff seems disinterested at best, and to top it off, I recently found hair in my tuna salad. Absolutely unacceptable. It’s frustrating to see a once-great place fall this far.
And to think I recommended my job to do catering from here for our lunch and learns. What a mistake.

I ordered through Uber Eats and wow the food was delicious! We ordered bacon egg and cheeses on the plain bagels and the bagels are so delicious and fresh! This place is amazing!!! Love love loved everything!

a staple in the Howard Beach area. everything is good there.... pricing is average with what inflation calls for but it's all worth it....

Doesn’t allow service dogs. Said it’s different rules for them. Trained service dogs are federally protected. Can’t discriminate against people for having one. Bad business practice

April 2024. Good customer service, place you order, make your own coffee, go to cashier pay for your order, wait on the side, take your order and leave. No seating on site, customer service is OK. Staff has that I don't want 2b here face. Bagel is ok, not as crispy, they have 6 to 7 different coffees, I can't taste the difference on mine. Is still recommended.

I did an Uber eats order for an Onion Bagel with a scrambled egg American cheese and bacon. I got my order and I kid you not there was not even one full strip of bacon on my sandwich. That's totally unacceptable especially for the price when placing an Uber eats order. Sometimes I feel restaurants don't care about Uber orders because 9 times out of 10 the customer isn't going to come back in person to complain. So I paid $18.27 for what. Never again.

Best bagels I’ve had in the area. Can get just about anything you want on a bagel. My favorite is a pastrami egg and cheese on pumpernickel everything!

Can get busy and pretty cramped in the small store. And they do run out of bagels, so don’t wait too late in the day to get yours!

This community-friendly little shop has become a favorite of mine. The food is fantastic, and the service is great. However, I do have a suggestion for the store management. The coffee bar is located too close to the entrance, which causes a lot of traffic. If they could move it a bit further, it would greatly improve the experience for customers. But in the meantime, please be mindful of others when you’re here. It’s not a big deal to wait a couple of minutes, and it’s not like you’re starving to death.

Flew into JFK - and after 18 hour flight, went directly to American Bagel and filled my car with their amazing huge bagels which taste fantastic and drove to my Midwest house.

Best bagel store near JFK! Great stop before going ro NYC or road tripping.
