I love Italian sausage and food trucks and I came here for the great reviews. I am a bit disappointed because the sandwich was prepackaged and not made to order so the bread was very soggy and its was a mountain of onions. I love onions but I know it would have been better if it was made to order. In stead of just sitting in the foil until someone order it.

Note to fellow rookies/newbees . Don’t come at closing. See my review above for why 🙂 hopes this...

Poly is a great person , the first sausage sandwich I’ve ever eaten was from this food truck about 20 years ago, and guess what , will be no other Italian sausage sandwich I’ll eat, the freshness and the quality here is incomparable, thank you POLY🫡

Hands down the best quality sausages, Kinishes & franks you will find at ANY street vendor. The staff is always friendly! Their quality reminds me of how Coney Island's food USED to be!!
