Local takeout place for Chinese food; it is a neighborhood staple. Great dishes & quick service. I had their Special Rice & it was delicious! They are all about service & getting your order to you quickly, so don't expect "banter", which is fine with us!
Typical American Chinese foods. Fast service. Beware: Make sure to count your changes, they don't give you back your exact changes. I was supposed to get back 75 cents and the lady only gave me back 25 cents. Imagine how many times they do that each day.

My family and I have been coming here for years! Great spot. However, as of recently, some changes have been made, and not for the good. What happened to the wings? They are tiny! Shrimp in the dishes have dwindled. Lunch Soup size is smaller, and the crunchy noodles to add to the soup! I got 6!!!! Very disappointing. I hope Win Hou goes back to their previous service. My most recent order didn’t even give any fortune cookies. ?
