Hong Kong is a family-run Chinese restaurant hidden in a strip mall, serving some of the best Chinese food in the area. The chicken is tender and not stringy when reheated, and the rice is excellent without being too greasy. The General Tso chicken dinner is a popular choice, and the Cashew chicken is also highly recommended. The restaurant is more of a take-out establishment, but it has a few tables for those who prefer to eat in.
