I got the biscoff milkshake which was delicious but that was the only thing I enjoyed. The Mac and cheese was mushy and had no flavor besides pepper. The hot chicken sandwich was okay. Soemthing about it just tasted artificial. I spent about 70$ on 3 things and do not think I will be ordering again.

Husband and I went this morning. Super personable owner. We both had the Eggnostic Front lol- music is a big influence on the decor and theme of the restaurant. Biscuits were fresh and flaky and the sandwich flavors delicious. Tots are a must. We were stuffed for hours! Go if you're in Hudson.

Spend a not particularly planned weekend in Hudson, and we found Bubba's I'm not even quite sure how. Great little spot, everyone was really friendly, the menu has almost too many options - and you can just order whatever combination of things you want in addition to the menu-listed suggestions.
If you're vegan or have vegans with you, they had loads on the menu as well, seemed like they knew what they were doing there, though, but I don't have first hand experience.

We discovered this place and stopped in for a quick breakfast. The biscuit sandwiches were phenomenal, we did make your own and could fully customize what we wanted in our biscuits. The owner was friendly and the space was fun to look around. Will be back every time we’re in Hudson!

Went for a quick lunch with my partner. The food is absolutely delicious! I got the Hudson Hot Chicken and my partner got the smash burger. The biscuits were delicious and the combos they have created are great. The biscuit isn’t dry at all and has a nice buttery flavor. I for sure will be returning! I can’t wait to see what the full menu will be! They are already amazing for being in a soft opening!

Kudos to bubba and his team for making my girlfriend and i’s valentines extra special with great food, great environment, and a good vibes experience. It was great acquainting with bubba himself. We’ll be back for sure as we’ve adding this local restaurant to our favorite lowkey spots to go for a good bite to eat, Thank you Bubbas!
Delicious food and great vibe! Casual and welcoming with incredibly friendly service. The place is clean and the food was perfectly decadent but not over-the-top. Would definitely go back next time we’re in the area!

As a southern transplant, I was taken aback to have finally tasted a properly seasoned chicken and waffles style dish in this area! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and not dry. The biscuits were warm, soft and a delight to have! The maple peppered bacon in the Eggnostic Front was delicious! The coffee was a nice touch on this below zero day. I went around 8am, so parking was easy to find.

This place is something really special and you feel and taste the love in every single thing.the prices for what you get are amazing and the ambiance is amazing if you’re an 80’s or 90’s kid this is your new spot. If you are not it’s also your new spot. it’s really really really incredible. 100/10 stars
