Impeccable food! Honestly the best calamari I have EVER had. Something about the sauce was to die for. I got the pasta with shrimp and hubby got the whole branzino off the specials menu. We got some bread and the calamari as an app, plus we both got the Italian margarita (which to be honest was not that great, but I’m willing to overlook it because the food was so good it made up for it) then got two additional drinks after. Total bill was $157 before tip. Atmosphere felt fancy and sophisticated. Environment and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was warm and efficient.Definitely a wonderful dining experience for our 3rd wedding anniversary tonight! Highly recommend. Will be returning!

This is probably one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever eaten in and that is saying alot from me. The atmosphere was wonderful; we did not feel rushed. We actually had time to savor our meal which was delicious. Wished we lived closer or we would be back in a heartbeat. My husband also commented that it was one of the best meals he has had as well.

Bread was great. Other food very good. BUT ( and I have a big problem with this) the Wild mushroom and pasta dish not containing ANY wild mushroom. (Shitake and button mushrooms were all ai could find). I never would have ordered. Frankly the dish was overly heavy and not particularly interesting. In comparison to our meal the night before at Feast & Florette, this was pedestrian food.

We got to the restaurant about 30 minutes before our reservation so we sat at the bar and watched the young bartender make us some of her signature cocktails. A blueberry “Moscow mule” for me and a limoncello martini for the husband. Best drinks we’ve had in Hudson and best drinks anywhere in quite a while. The bartender is seriously talented. For dinner we ordered grilled salmon and pasta with sweet sausage and broccoli rabe. Both dishes were outstanding. Well trained and friendly staff. Would definitely come back!

We were seated w no reservation and had the BEST meal ever. We started w wine off the specials and then had the most delicious calamari and sauce I have ever had. We had the swordfish special that was mouthwatering delicious and finished w homemade cherry pie and gelato! Outstanding meal and fabulous service! Thank you.
Lovely service and delicious food. We split several dishes and they graciously asked if we wanted our selection split in the kitchen or at the table. It was quiet enough for a conversation but not deadly quiet. And they had tablecloths! A lovely table setting makes one enjoy the whole experience and we did! Highly recommended.

We were looking for a nice Italian meal in Hudson and stopped by Ca'Mea. Needless to say, the experience was excellent!We ordered a host of dishes, including the Pollo Parmigiana, Eggplant Parmigiana, Penne Pesto, Ravioli Della Casa, and Pollo Piccata. The food was sumptuous, delighting with its balanced flavors and excellent presentation. The Pollo Piccata was my favorite - the chicken was tender and the flavor was perfect. In dessert, we ordered the Tiramisu, which looked unconventional but tasted great.The service was extremely courteous amd polite, even though they forgot our request for a bread basket and the dishes took about 45-50 minutes to prepare.All in all, a great dining experience and I'd highly recommend Ca'Mea to anyone looking for an excellent dining option in Hudson NY.
