This was a bit ago but I ordered boneless chicken and garlic parm bites from Domino’s, and the store accidentally messed up my order. They handled it really well, they gave me a free drink and even let me keep the food they got wrong since it was going to be thrown away anyway. The food was still tasty and fresh, and I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make up for the mistake. Great customer service!!

Horrible place I had an issue where the app didn’t put my order in but charged my card so when I call the store to see if by chance they did get the order they told me no and that they couldn’t do anything about the charge I would have to dispute it. Then I put a second order in so I could at least get my pizza and the STORE MANGER canceled my order. So I went to the store to see what was going on and was told my the STORE MANAGER that I tried to call you and you didn’t answer so I just canceled the order I didn’t know if you wanted it. I proceeded to tell her that I would not have put another order in and pay for it if I didn’t want it well she was nothing but rude and apparently didn’t want my business. So I will not be giving them my business anymore . Extremely unprofessional for a store manager.

I ordered food at 11:22pm I never received my food at all kept on calling told them I didn’t receive my order she told me she gave my food to me and she clearly didn’t she said I opened the door and told her leave it in front and I’ll grab it that doesn’t even sound right and now they aren’t answering my calls at all

My order is perfect every single time. The employees are very welcoming and always have a smile on their face when I walk in. We live about 30 minutes away but the food is so good I drive the 30 minutes twice a month. Thank you to all the employees for such great service!
I walked in to pay for my pick up order saw cashier touching cash and register no gloves then proceeded to go to pizza station and add topping with also no gloves and not washing hands then head back to cash register to accept more cash overall disgusting 🤮 don’t eat here

Domino's is just beyond awful. I feel bad for people who eat there. Idk what they're selling, but it doesn't taste like any pizza that I've ever had. It might be a step up from school pizza. Can't be sure because it's been so long. School pizza could possibly be better. I've had DiGiorno pizza that's better than Domino's. I don't think I've ever had a pizza that is worse than Domino's Pizza.
I didn't actually order the pizza. I just picked up the order for a b-day party. Upon trying the pizza, I tossed it all out and ordered from a real pizzeria. Struggling to find even one positive thing to say about their food.

Just got in an argument with their driver because he was going 12mph through a 30mph because he “did not want to get back to work”. So if your stuff is coming in late you know why.
