If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The customer service is lacking, there is only 2 people behind the counter during morning rush hour. The baristas are not organized and are all scrambled. This happens pretty much every day of the week. And when you’re looking to get a coffee before work you don’t expect to be waiting 10 minutes for someone to take your order, and then another 10 minutes for your drink to be made. I walked out because no one has time for that.

the one eye guy was completely rude and disrespectful. he gave me and other customers very rude responses and horrible customer service. after i just ordered with him 10 min later he told me he did not have my order after i just spoke to him then decided to get my whole order completely wrong. i was extremely nice to him and i don’t know if he was overwhelmed but if you can’t deal with making coffee either don’t work at dunkin or don’t work a morning shift at all.

Don’t go to this Dunkin’. It’s a mess. The servers have no clue how to organize themselves, properly make food and drinks, or help their customers. I put in a mobile order a while before I came in and it was seriously 30 minutes before anyone even made eye contact with me. They were out of milk, vanilla syrup, liquid sugar, and cream all before 11 am on a Sunday. One of their coffee pots was pouring coffee all over the ground because someone overfilled it and it took them 15 minutes to even notice. The servers were rude and short with the customers and, when met with impatience and aggression, reciprocated rather than trying to apologize or manage the situation. I was scared that a fight was going to break out. My food did not get made until I asked about it. They were only kind to one regular after the rush, every other customer was treated coldly. Save yourself the trouble, I’d sooner eat sand than order from them again.
Went in this morning and I was short some cents, Zachariah was the best! He insisted on covering the remaining cents for me. He has great customer service and is a pleasure to talk to. He is also very friendly. He gave me fast service with a smile!

Worst DUNKIN ever, I had a mobile order so I walked inside expecting it to be at the mobile order area and of course it’s not, so I waited in line for atleast 5-10 minutes and when I asked them for my order it was just sitting on the counter… don’t yall have a mobile order section so people can walk in and get it and leave, not wait in line for 10 minutes just to see it’s sitting on the counter melting, horrible service !!!!

I love Dunkin and this was my first time here since my company is working nearby. I ordered 4 coffees which were made wrong. I politely asked for them to be corrected and they argued and laughed. They were racist and the other workers only laughed at her behavior towards us. Place is filthy and coffee was the nastiest I've ever had.
