This place was super special. For context, we came to Hudson on a day trip and this place made us want to do more day trips off to Hudson.
The food was unique in exploring modern American classics with some Italian spins. The ingredients were of very high quality and we found ourselves not only leaving every place clean, but also finding ourselves on a culinary journey of deciphering of mysterious ingredients that gave the plates an element of depth. This restaurant will set you on a culinary journey you didn’t know you needed… seriously worth a stop (and revisit)✨

Came once in 2023 and loved it. Came again in October 2025 and found the food to be over salted and the service/waitstaff to be quite pushy. Felt like we were being rushed out the door when it was mid afternoon … lively but not packed and no queue for tables.

We just left the restaurant and had to immediately write a review. Fabulous experience from start to finish. Excellent, knowledgeable service by Matt - and the back staff. Food was creative, cooked to perfection, and nice presentations. What put the extra touch and made it even more special - on a very busy night the owner/manager (not sure which) gave us a jar of his last of the season honey after we were already out the door. How he even saw us leaving, was quite a feat in itself. Make a reservation and go here - you will not regret it!!

Amazing restaurant that we just drove past on vaca - it looked so great from the outside, we made a reservation without even reading a review! The service was incredible and the food and wine were exquisite!! We wished the music was a little quieter, but that is a very small detail for this otherwise perfect place! We ate some good food on this trip, but this was hands down the best meal on vacation (the night before flying home)!

What a lovely experience. Very atmospheric with a cosy and bustling atmosphere. We had a reservation and were seated right away. It took 20 minutes for our server to greet us, but the two young bussers were very attentive and got us going with water. The restaurant was full so they may just have been hit all at the same time. The menu is tight and thoughtful. Really, I wanted to try almost everything on it, and the wine list worked well with the food menu. There was another very long delay between our first course and the second. So come with a relaxed mindset, enjoy the atmosphere, and look forward to an excellent meal.

I think this may have been one of the best meals I’ve eaten all year. The service was wonderful and the staff attentive and good humored despite the restaurant being packed to the gills. I’d absolutely recommend Feast and Floret to anyone planning to spend time in Hudson.

My fiancé and I visited this town freshly engaged/celebrating our anniversary and we were wildly impressed by the food, service, and attention to detail. Food came out fresh and timely, the dessert special is something I’m going to dream about now, and the cocktails were on point. Our server Owen was fantastic! They made sure everything went smoothly. I mentioned wanting a cocktail after my first was finished, and he had it ready as soon as it was done! I am always appreciative of someone who despite having multiple tables and parties, can pay close attention to each tables needs. We will definitely be back when in the area!
Had a wonderful lunch over the weekend. The atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable, cozy, with good attention to detail. The fennel and watermelon salad was dressed perfectly. The rye cavatappi was delicious. Looking forward to returning.

A very beautifully designed and decorated restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal surrounded by different flowers and colors. It’s an interesting idea to have a restaurant and florist shop together. The food was delicious and tasty. The service was very friendly and helpful.
