This man is awesome. I am a truck driver and I came in hungry and treated me like family. Reasonable prices for how bad everything is right now with inflation. 20$ got me 2 delicious meals I can’t complain. I definitely recommend him!

Cannot say enough good things about Georgia Rays Kitchen. We had them cater both lunch and dinner for a group of 15 of us. The food was AMAZING and working with Brenda in the office made the experience 10 times better. Really cannot say anything more just a 10/10 experience on all levels.

Georgia Ray's and Chef Danyell is the most innovative, MOST delicious caterer in all of Columbia County and the Hudson area. Chef's food is made with extreme care, even with a French flavor flare that will knock your socks off every time. We've used Georgia Ray's for a few outdoor Summer Memorial weekend BBQs - and let me say, it was no ordinary hotdog/hamburger BBQ day! Chef made amazing steak dishes, grilled sausages, grilled veggie platters, shellfish baskets!! He set up his own cook station, brought his professional utensils and expertise and cooked up a storm! Guests talk about it every year! I make a weekly trip to Georgia Ray's to pick up his delectable creations from the kitchen freezer. You can buy 1 or 12 single/double servings of his dishes to take home and cook up like a chef! I DO! In my freezer right now are dinners like Baked chicken stuffed with Rutabaga puree and Brussel sprouts or Seared Shrimp and chicken w Vermicelli & lemon brown butter, Beef Bourguignon over egg noodles! I would HIGHLY recommend him for catering any size or type of event as well as your own kitchen. His prices are reasonable, portions are generous, taste is outstanding! It's everything you want in your caterer and party event!
