Why to pur you are open you are literally closed

This is a labor of culinary love; restaurant happens to be the means for showcasing it, and the honest devotion to innovative, fresh, and aromatic take on the bounty of Hudson River Valley will engulf you with every bite. Many of the vegetables are plucked from their own farm a few hours earlier. Divine. I had two meals here on two different evenings. This is not a restaurant you will find on resy or opentable. It is more boutique, and you need to write an email to get a reservation. They are open weekends; I ate here on Saturday. The taleggio fig pizza, the baby back ribs (if you don't eat anything else, do eat this), the eggplant with cherry glaze, the burrata...all are lip smacking delicious. This is a memorable food experience.

Home/Made Hudson is the absolute best! They catered our wedding and every single part of the process was pleasant and fun! They have a very unique way of creating a unique menu specifically based on your likes and dislikes and every bite of food was delicious! All of our guests were raving about everything! Leisah and Monica are the best and I highly recommend them for any of your catering needs!

This was possibly the happiest accident I ever had in my entire life. I need to begin this by saying how grateful I am that we happened upon this restaurant on a rainy night in Hudson where we were miserably resigned to eating packaged nonsense from a grocery store because 'nothing was open'. The warm inviting lights of this tiny storefront beckoned us into this rustic chic farm to table establishment. We ordered abundantly and couldn't help ourselves but eat in courses as every dish was perfectly composed, impossibly fresh, and heavenly delicious. First course was a salad of snap peas and microgreens which was perfectly dressed with a side smear of tangy, delightfully salty labneh. The peas were gorgeous green clouds that snapped perfectly when bitten revealing meaty peas within. The second course was extra creamy burrata accompanied by a tomato, apricot, orange edible flower and mint salad served with caramel brown perfectly grilled toast points that were drizzled with rich olive oil. Third course was a grilled eggplant planche smothered in smokey, spiced tahini with pomegranate arils and mint. It was meaty, nutty, earthy, fruity mayhem and it was so, so tasty. We finished this off with a flatbread 'pizza' with ricotta and some grana with local n'duja which was out of this world. I would liken it more to a lahmacun because of how thin it was but the toppings were perfectly dispersed so the grilled flatbread stayed crispy throughout. We finished this unearthly smorgasbord with homemade vanilla ice cream blanketed with rich, silky, thick caramel sauce peppered with flaked sea salt. Then the owners came over and chatted with us like we were guests in their home and we just adored them. Do support this business, they deserve your money and your esteem. Um. 11/10. They aren't always there so if you just so happen to walk by and the restaurant is open for business you would be a fool not to grab a table.

Usually would not do this, but the rudeness of the staff when we tried to enter what we found out was a "fully booked" restaurant (one table had people and the visible reservation book was full of no shows ), was truly too much. Nowhere does it say on the website that reservations are needed, or even recommended, and it is off season at 11 am. The cherry on top was the hostess asking if the small door sign was not clear enough after just staring and avoiding for as long as they uncomfortably could.

For me, this was quite possibly the most delightful and delicious brunch in recent memory. Absolutely first-class food that left the group searching for more room to fit it all in. With an ambience to match and friendly no-fuss service, a 100 mile drive to come back again next weekend seems almost rational.

My family and I didn't get to try the food, so it probably sucks. The woman there was very rude to us. I will never go back. Make sure you have a reservation. She embarrassed us in front of the other customers because we didn't know we needed a reservation, even though there were five table's available.

My friend and I tried to have brunch July 6, 1:30 PM. Only 2 tables with guests. Told empty table not possible because of 2:30 PM reservation. Felt very unwelcome.

Getting really tired of driving all the way to a restaurant or bar or cafe only to find it is closed. Literally it's posted NOWHERE that they would be closed today. If you're going to have a yelp/Facebook/google page, keep it updated! It also wouldn't hurt to add a sign as I had to wander the street trying to find it
