I was originally going to Subversive Brewing but found out that they did not offer ANY food, but Hudson fit the bill.
Though food is only from a truck rather than a kitchen the Smashmouth burger was the only good one, the other burger had nothing on it, just a single beef patty with cheese, the beef was however high quality. The drink menu actually looked a little more interesting at Subversive and I plan to visit and see for myself on my next trip Upstate. Subversive also currently offers a $5/draft happy hour.
Despite the higher prices on drinks at Hudson, the facility is attractive, service was friendly, they also offered ample outdoor seating.

We were in town reliving some old memories like when I took the train out of Hudson to Atlanta many years ago. There was no brewery back then. We had a fun time hanging out and telling stories, but what was really interesting was trying to determine what was hanging from the ceiling. We also enjoyed our beers. My husband had the Just Us and I had the sour while my Dad had the Proprieter. There was lot going on with the sour, which had a lot of good flavor. The place was quite crowded since it was too cool to sit outside, but there's a variety of table to hang out at with friends or family. Dog friendly.

We had a hard time finding the place at first. but we're glad we did. :) Good beer, good vibe and the food was delicious. We had a smashburger and fries, the deviled eggs, and the hand cut chicken bites which I loved and were served with the tastiest ranch sauce I've ever had. Will definitely come back again next time we're in the area.

We were the only ones not on bicycles today! As we entered, we both noted the garage/warehouse decor. We sat, had a few beers and even though they place was packed this Sunday, our service was prompt. We will return to check out the food menu.
