Out for a date night my wife and I truly loved this spot. The food was wonderful with interesting and varied options. The outdoor courtyard was stunning and magical - highly recommend sitting outside on a nice day. Lastly the service was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable.

I was visiting from out of town. I made a reservation at this restaurant early in the day well before restaurant opening. I was sat in the main dining room adjacent to the hostess stand despite the fact that the most desirable dining area was the patio. Everyone else who walked in, without a reservation, proceeded to a ‘backward room’, which we now know was the patio. I was never offered or told of the patio or any alternative seating. On top of that it took over 10 minutes for server to come over and the steak was Inuit and chewy. Finally, had to ask for water multiple times. This place needs to step up its game.

The drinks and food and vibe were truly amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hudson is adorable and very cozy and HFS fits that quite well. Definitely put this place on your dine list while in the area.Vegetarian options: They have vegan and gf options. The selection is not large but what they do have is delish. I would go back.

I've tried almost everything on this menu and each dish is nothing less than amazing!! The service is always on point, friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is quite spectacular. If weather permits, try to make it to the courtyard for some outside dining, but inside is quite beautiful, as well! Sending love to my girl Christina at the bar! Phenomenal service, our server was so knowledgeable and warm. The food was, sadly, disappointing. Salad was okay, good quality and decent flavor but my friend who was with me said it used to be better. The chef refused to do the ramen with rice noodles, which seemed really weird; I explained I can have a little gluten and be okay, but can't eat a whole bowl's worth of glutinous noodles, and the answer was a firm no without explanation. I understand if the dish can't be gluten free, but you HAVE the rice noodles. I've worked in restaurants many years, that's not a crazy ask. So weirdly hostile, and so sad because they're the only place doing ramen in Hudson from what I could tell. Instead, we both got the Pho, and both thought it was really strange, with no vegetables and a strong star anise flavor in a weirdly sweet broth. I didn't hate it but my friend (who knows food) really did, and even in mine there wasn't nearly enough chicken. Was a real shame. At least the servers are awesome and decor / ambiance is lovely, so we had a pleasant experience on those fronts.

Fantastic, especially if you're looking for Ramen or Pho, or other Asian inspired cuisine in Hudson. Definitely recommend over the other options in town. Jonathan was our server and he was a delight, jovial, and on point. He works Friday/Saturday and I am absolutely going back to dine with him again.

Great Asian fusion food where the restaurant had healthy Asian/American food. The area is spacious with indoor bricks/long farm tables and outdoor garden space. The servers were friendly and lighting is very intimate.

Great Asian Fusion restaurant we found here in Hudson! The owner uses locally sourced products in his food. We were here on a Tuesday so they had the special of an app (Bao roll) and either Pho or Ramen (I got the Ramen) with a beer for $25. Both dishes we got were excellent - the wife had Sesame Noodles with beef and "lucky sauce". The vibe was nice and relaxed. Great place to try!

We ordered mushrooms stir fried noodles and deep green veggies, short rib and phoEverything is so good ,vegan gluten free.Would come back again if we are around ,drink are very good too

Averaged 2 experiences into the 3 stars. Both times the outdoor area was clean, neat and had quite a few tables filled. First time was great, food was hot and fresh, service was speedy even though quite a few menu items were not available. Bao buns were served warm and rib starter was almost a meal size, salads were crispy, pho was filling and hot. Second time the bao buns were cold when served and stringy, pho felt more broth than anything substantial and over salted waitress felt overbearing and food took quite a while to arrive. Outdoor seating with heaters are available but not open for reservations. One thing to note is that they do not serve branded sodas.
