Hudson Sandwich Shop and This and That Food Truck

Got lunch with a Co-worker, we both really enjoyed our food. Service was friendly and quick. Definitely a local gem worth checking out if you haven't. 10/10

So I've seen the ads for this place, we'll just so happens i had a job yesterday in Hudson to do. I asked my brother who works with me ,do you wanna try this place? We both agreed to get turkey club sandwiches....Oh my ,when i picked them up they must've weighed a pound and a half each and they didn't disappoint! I have to say it was one of the best clubs I've had and for the price it's well worth it. Next time I'm there I'm going to try a few different things. Great business go check them out!!!

I order the chicken bacon ranch sandwich for 12 $ it was not with the price there was maybe 3 oz of chicken an a teaspoon of ranch dressings. My friend ordered the Philly cheesesteak that looked yummy my other friend had the catfish she said it was okay there menu is nothing like there website

Awesome owner Great food great prices nice portions fantastic flavor my fiance doesn't like mustard and tore up the Cuban sandwich she also doesn't like fish and she was eating the fried catfish I got nice relaxing environment they also do catering!!!! The food is all fresh and delicious 😋🤤 do yourself a favor and stop on down to the Hudson sandwich shop! I would have took a photo of my food but smelling that good I didn't have any time for a picture only time to enjoy!

Absolutely delicious fish for.me and veggie sandwich for wife. It’s a akeout place combined with food truck. On a backroad. Picnic table/chairs.

The food here was so good. I grew up in the midwest and in love fried catfish. It is hard to find in this area so when I saw they had it on the menu I went there to try it. It was tasty and the fish was moist and there was no dirty taste that the catfish can sometimes have. I will definitely be going back again but it look like they had so many good things on the menu. I'm going to have to try something else the next time.

Hands down the best chicken parmigiana sub I’ve had in years. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. Definitely worth the price and stopping in.

Honestly I am judging mainly off their Mac n cheese. I am a HUGE enthusiast about Mac n cheese. They (in my opinion) have the best Mac n cheese. I also had the chicken pesto panini, it was a bit dry but still really good.

Just stumbled up on this shop randomly. The bread, deli meat and veggies were super fresh! The prices were surprisingly much cheaper than expected for Hudson. They also have Gluten Free bread as an option!
