First of all I waited 10 before the someone even noticed I waiting todered French fries with no salt and crispy. I got French fries with salt and they were warm. I took one bite, tasted the salt and went back inside to tell them that they made a mistake. They took them back and made me new ones. They should have made them right the first time. I was inconvenienced by going back inside and my lips and tongue were burning for a while. Not cool

On February 14th 2024 on a beautiful morning of valentine's day, 4 friends of us were there to enjoy our breakfast & spend sometimes together. In the middle of our breakfast one of the waiters, who later identified himself as Mike, came up to our table and told us in a commanding voice that we have to clean our table after we finished, referring to someone, God knows who & when, did not clean the table before. As we always clean our table whenever we are done, we were not ready for this kind of behavior. We were really shocked and surprised that attitude.As a regular customer we really felt insulted and bullied by this waiter. This is because we never confronted him with anything prior, neither we have received this kind of behavior from any other Waiters. we won't feel safe going back to that store again as long as that bully is there.

I've given up going to this location. There have been issues every single time I stop there. Getting barely lukewarm coffee 15 minutes after they open, obviously sitting from the previous night. Constantly forgetting order items. Cold sandwiches. Cold, nasty recooked French fries straight out of the delivery window. I've never been to a McDonald's that either the staff are trying their best to sabotage the place or it is grossly mismanaged. Never again!

The workers are doing an amazing job, the one poor old lady is on oxygen running around, lil girl in drive through amazing as well, however 1 star is for corporate, you want help pay $45 an hour and maybe you will have better service, spread the billions to the bottom, your hudson store sucks
