One of Hudson‘s hidden gems and when I say hidden, I mean it it’s around the corner from the Google location, but it’s worth the hunt. Expect lines and expect the best pastries,. You won’t be disappointed.

So, sometimes a bakery just gets all their baked goods right (it's rare, but it does happen), and they also take, for example, something like a Little Debbie cake and elevate it by executing the parts and the sum with apparent expertise and creativity. Go. Try anything in their display case, and I bet you won't be disappointed.

It’s just heaven on Earth from the gorgeous powerful bakers and baristas to the clientele and their enfants, angels all. And every detail of every morsel is the height of perfection. I love the corn and red pepper croissant eaten in the sunshine with the best matcha I’ve ever had. Emerald and bright on your tongue. ♥️♥️♥️

Best bakery I've ever been to in my life. Nothing is bad here. The cinnamon roll & focaccia sandwiches changed my life. The blueberry muffin is amazing. All the loaves of bread are 15/10. I have traveled to Copenhagen, NYC, and Paris and this is still the best bakery I've ever been to.

An amazing bakery with a wide range of baked goods. We had the short card with yuzu curd and the blueberries were fresh, the pastry was delicious, and the curd was perfect. The pistachio almond croissant was amazing also but there’s really nothing you can get here that you won’t love I imagine - a great bakery.

Been a bread/pastry fan forever. Go out of your way for this. Great basics , flours , starters, ..baking is all in the committment to detail ..and this was rare. Every element was right...look, weight, feel, texture, smell, density, crust, and clear linering taste. Was one of the few bests in NYC and is so here in Hudson
