Found this spot on Google while I was upstate and thought it was worth the 20 mins drive. It was!!! The pastries are delicious, service was great and tons of options to choose from. I loved it so much I even bought a t-shirt and 2 dog baguette toys for my pups. If you’re in the Hudson Valley area, and hungry (… and rich! lol), def make a stop here

THEEE best bakery in Hudson. Everything tasted amazing, with local ingredients and unique twists. The cinnamon roll is the best. Also, on Thursday and Fridays they serve a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit, that I think about all the time. Best breakfast sandwich in the state methinks.

Can we talk a little bit about the cinnamon bun?!? oh my cinnamon goodness! Texture of a croissant, but caramelized cinnamon like a bun. And oh my goodness that frosting!!!!

And let me not forget about my salted honey latte!!!! the mildly sweet with them that little bit of saltines! Simply amazing!

Had the ham and cheese croissant also which was good… But I would not be here writing this review for just that…

The staff were also lovely!

Note: there is no seating, well, not in the colder months unless you are willing to weather the concrete picnic tables that looked adorable. They do have a very nice bar that you can stand at to enjoy the delicacies.

The kouign amann is unreal. This is one of my favorite pastries, so I’ve had many and this is maybe my favorite? I tried it after reading another review that claimed it was “light” unlike most kouign amanns which tend to be dense (true). I couldn’t believe it bc I didn’t even know how to conceptualize a light kouign amann, but now I am a believer and I’m a little mad they might have ruined other kouign amanns for me henceforth! Mostly kidding, but also not kidding

Tried them for lunch on a Friday and ended up eating breakfast and lunch from them for the rest of the weekend. It’s that good.

Sandwiches: smoke salmon breakfast on everything focaccia… incredible. Best Italian combo sub I’ve had in a long time. Maybe the best sandwich though is the turkey. Sounds basic but it’s unreal. Also the squash sandwich is amazing.

Pastries: Pistachio croissant is 10/10. The cinnamon roll was great. Blueberry muffin was full of blueberry, and the best I’ve had in years. Bought a sourdough loaf I haven’t cracked yet though.

The best of the best.

Line moves quick, staff are friendly and fast, and the pastries are incredible. The little park plaza thing outside of it to eat and vibe is awesome. Great location.
