If the middles aged brunette woman is behind the counter when you walk in just turn around and leave or be prepared to get the worst sandwich of your life. This was my favorite place to get a quick bite to eat, told all my friends to try it out and couldn’t stop raving about it. Five star place if the guy with the mustache is making your food. But this new lady SUCKS. Hope they fire her and save their business.

Make sure you know that your paying about the same price for a 1/2 sub that your paying for a full one. If I'd known that, I would've gotten the full sub. Asked to make it a full one and then was told it'd be even more money to do so. Staff there is great beside for the management. Won't be back. Lost my appetite.

Frozen food and they refreeze etc amount of times, tastes frostbite and makes their employees use coffee filters for paper towel and is very cheap, honestly disgusting behavior as owners. They tax every dollar off of you. John has been there longer than the owners and treat the employees like trash. such a shame.

PLEASE! Steer clear of this place, the owners are downright ungrateful of their employees and take their tips ! I have never seen anything like it. The owner which his name is Henry makes the employees split tips 4 ways with his wife. Mind you he is the cheapest person I have ever met. I asked for extra bacon and he only put one extra slice on and got charged 6 dollars more I kid you not. If you ever go there please be mindful of tipping the employees only and not the owners. they are so Cheap!

Excellent eatery, my favorite sandwich shop in Columbia County. They have crazy variety, basically anything you can think of, and I've never had a bad meal. I'm not a reuben guy but my wife loves their rubens. I like the Mike's special it's basically two hamburgers each cut in half and laid lengthwise into the footlong roll with all the fixings. And they have a fryer, and amazing fries, which sets them apart from most sub shops. Only downer is if you eat in there's no restroom.

This is the 4th or 5th time I had the stack house burger sub and it's absolutely amazingly delicious and you definitely know when the guy who normally makes them is working because they are perfection and your mind is immediately blown when you take a bite. I dare say that this is the best burger sub sandwich in town....also the mac and cheese is amazing too the bacon ranch one I cant get enough of my taste buds have a party everytime I eat it and my dad who can sometimes be a picky eater is thoroughly amazed about how good it tastes the onion ring and mozzarella sticks always come hot and nice and crispy which is a plus and they have such great flavor

I have to say I been here 5 times within last 12months. It’s great place neighborhood friendly. Owner are wonderful people. It’s hit or miss when you order you get what you want vs what you didn’t ask for when placing over.
When I call n order each time I explain my order 2-3times due to fact of (allergies & things I can’t have)
When someone ask specifically for items on their sub there is reason for that. If for any reason you are unable to fulfill that request then explain to the customer. Don’t put whatever you “think” or what you would do if it was yours sub.
Order a Sausage and green peppers sub. With mozzarella cheese. When I explain it 3 times. That is what I am expecting to get.
Nope wrong I get home. No green peppers. There roosted peppers with bbq sauce. It’s disgusting disappointing and disrespectful.
Spent over 50$ and then I call to see if we can resolve the mistake. Called 9times no one picks up but your hours of operation is instill 7pm.
All I am trying to get across is when customer explains multiple times on an order listen to the customer cause now I can’t eat this sub I just waste money. 20$ for sub and fries isn’t easy to just go out spend more money just to be able to have dinner.

Great sandwiches. The heros are large and tough to finish in one sitting, as much as you'd want to because they taste so good.
The bread is actually very good - at first it looks like generic sandwich shop stuff but it's consistently fresh, soft, and flavorful.
