The food was absolutely delicious!! These portions are insane, there is a huge amount of options available. The place is decorated nicely, even the bean dip that comes for free with the chips is delicious. Cocktails are very good too!! Only thing that was difficult is not having English speaking waitresses, so I had to order a lot of things through a host, I felt bad he had to keep coming back. And trying to order from the menu I had to point to everything and she still didn’t really understand. But that’s a minor inconvenience that we worked out regardless, just thought it was something to be noted. My bf loves the fajitas and I like the burrito and pollo asada.

I have been there only once so far, and was pleasantly surprised! It doesn't look like much at the end of a strip mall, but the interior is appealing, and the service and food was great! I got the potato skin "nachos", but they were really terrific, filling potato skins. It was an appetizer, but it's all I could eat for lunch! Try it!

I Heard that this place wasn’t good from a friend and I was really craving tamales. I got them and they looked beautiful but tasted so bad and to my conclusion, maybe tamales just aren’t my thing. What made them not good in my opinion was they were very dry. The meat all tasted the same even though I got the pork, chick and cheese. (I also bit into a massive bay leaf which put me off) Not to mention, I didn’t receive my cheese tamale which is fine but still I feel like that would have probably been the best tasting one out of all of my options. I will say, the rice is banging though. Simple but flavorful and the chips are good too. I’d try it again, but tamales were ruined for me that day

When you come into this little Rancho you'll for sure come out Alegre :pWe accidentally came here trying to go to Taco Bell after giving up in Hudson with everything saying it closes at 9 and they actually stop serving food at like 8:30pm. When it's after 9, you're starved, need food, will be hangry.. there's only one place to go to besides the one with the bell right in the same plaza. For a fun, Tex-Mex, feed me tacos and tell me I'm pretty, kinda night: Mi Rancho Alegre is the spot. The place was empty when we walked in and we were greeted with a welcoming smile and quickly seated to the best booths in the house.Drink menu was missing prices but honestly you're in for a great time here! We ordered jalapeño baby ritas and there was nothing baby about these babies! Our friend got the regular ritas and it's a supersize me life size drink perfect for two! Before we were even offered water or anything they already were feeding us with on the house chips and salsa. My kinda place! We each ordered entrees to share as they have pretty large portions and those spinach and cheese enchiladas were something else. Absolutely cheesy and deliciously paired with rice and beans. Our server Isaí was so awesome, patient, welcoming and gave us so many great recommendations while having a great sense of humor and showing us a great time at Mi Rancho Alegre.Needless to say, we left very happy! Thank you to your hospitality and for having us :

The service and atmosphere are quite friendly. I find that the food and cocktails vary with each visit. The portions are enormous.

The food here is 10/10 I really didn't expect much from here since I was just visiting the area but was pleasantly surprised. The drinks were delicious and the food was even BETTER. Even their salsa alone was a hit, and actually had spice ! I got the Bistek La Mexicana and the Pastor Tacos. The portions are huge so definitely worth the price. The staff is very professional as well as friendly. The restaurant itself is really cute just a little dark. Would dine here again if I didn't live so far!

I came on a Monday at lunch time so hit a sweet spot and only paid $26 for a drink and a meal and a desert! I would recommend all of the above, especially the flan which was rich and sweet. The ambiance is that of a casual, family owned Mexican restaurant and ther service matched that. I would recommend and I'd love to be back to try their other deals (including taco Tuesday and 50% off wine on Thursdays).

Sorry, this was an order of 2 three street tacos but I finished it all within 10 minutes before realizing that I was supposed to take a picture. The food was just that good. Highly recommended for anyone who's a foodie.
