I think Starbucks of the old ruined us all for how we think a coffee shop should “feel”. Coffee is above average here, but a little inconsistent. Overall vibes inside are no bueno. Grab your coffee and go. If it feels like they forgot to make it, remind them, because their system is to have no system. Food is hit and miss. The breakfast sandwich is a 10/10 though.

Literally the best coffee in town but after repeatedly coming here for 9 months, I just cannot anymore. It’s like the staff are instructed to be rude, indifferent, and mean to their customers. Like, if you want to be anti-service - fine. Just don’t name your shop, Supernatural. The divine is so far from this empty, nihilist drip - every time I leave here, I feel like I’ve been slapped in the face. We all have dark experiences that color our lives, but no reason to take it out on other people. Sometimes you think you are worshipping God - hence the name - but the only person you’re serving is yourself. Also, get to know your neighbors! Treat them like you’d wish to be treated. I’ll take down my review if someone apologizes and makes an effort to change this behavior. Otherwise, beware.

I walked into the empty cafe, followed by 3 other people. I ordered a cappuccino, tipped the guy a buck. the other 3 people behind me were served and departed. No one was making my cappuccino. i looked at the staff who were all standing around casually talking amongst themselves. Annoyed, I asked for my 5 bucks back and left. The staff didnt ask or seem interested in my order, much less my experience at Supernatural.

Great cappuccino and London fog. Also have delicious gluten free pastries (ok for me, but in a shared case next to gluten pastries so probably not good for celiacs).

What's not to love? Best coffee and tasty baked goods in town, served by the nicest baristas.

I’ll put the equal amount of effort for this review the staff gave me while visiting: Rudest crew in Hudson, meh coffee. This place sucks .

Uncommonly delicious espresso and yummy ice spiced brown sugar latte. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Wish we weren’t out of town as this would be my go to!

Worse coffee I’ve had in a while.
My friend ordered an iced latte with 3 shots, barely could taste the coffee and when he said it was weak they answered “what can I tell you…”

REALLY wanted to love this place! Went in getting a large coffee order for the office I work in and the person at the counter was rude. I could get over that if the drinks were good.. they were not. Everyone reported their drink tasting weird or off and 4 of us got very sick from our drinks. I also ordered a total of 8 drinks but only left with 6. Was charged for all 8 but we were just in such a confused state at the lack of customer service and communication from the staff we didn’t notice until we got back to the office. There was also flies all over. now I understand that can’t always be controlled but it did not appear there was anything trying to prevent or catch the flies from flying around the open food and drink.

My friends and I felt so welcomed here. It was friendly and warm and the coffee was delicious. Definitely our favourite spot for coffee in Hudson.

Ordered an iced oat milk latte and was charged 8.50. The board clearly states an iced latte is 5.50 and if adding flavor it is a dollar extra. I suppose that oat milk costs an additional 2 dollars? It states off to the side that vegan milk is an extra charge… but I wasn’t anticipating an almost 10 dollar latte. Won’t be returning …
Great community coffee shop — only problem is they still use plastic straws (agave is great!) and don’t recycle
