Way too expensive for experience, staff didn't really seem to care about anything. Food was pretty good, but when you pay $30 for pasta you usually expect your water to be refilled. Beet salad was fire though.

Very trendy restaurant, with good food. The one thing I did not like, was the service. We ordered 45 minutes prior to getting our food, and it was not busy @ all. We were passively given a “sorry”, as the waitress was annoyed, that we complained.Too bad.

Food and staff were amazing! Walked in there on a Friday without reservations. We just stumbled upon this place due to not being too thrilled with a menu at a restaurant we planned on going to. What a happy accident! The staff was amazing and the food was fantastic! Can’t wait to go there again!

Super cute place. Staff are wonderful. The endive salad was delicious, but could have used a better dressing. The entrée I ordered did not list pasta in the description, unless I missed it, so I was petty bummed about that. The flavor of this meal was wonderful, but there was such a tiny amount of the substance of the meal (the sausage, broccolini and tomato sauce) that you wind up with just a bowl of dry noodles. Don't get me wrong, again, great flavors, loved the salad, wonderful atmosphere, great staff, but I think for the price of their menu items, they could hit perfection with just a little more effort. I was alone, one salad, one drink and an entrée was nearly $70. I'm not opposed to paying that for the best meal ever, but this wasn't. But maybe I just picked wrong. I'd be willing to try again!

I ate here for lunch during my first time to Hudson, and it did not disappoint. We had the kale salad and eggs benedict, which were both delicious. Great atmosphere and wonderful service!

Extremely rude hostesses, would not return as they’re super hostile and even though we only interacted for a few minutes they soured the experience (seems like this is a common theme in reviews). Our food was pretty good (shoestring fries and salmon amazing, steak was just fine) and our waitress was fantastic.

Their “take” on a Cesar salad was fine. No burnt greens or olives in it despite being listed with both on the menu. The hostess was super dismissive even when it wasn’t busy. The staff was non existent so everything was very slow. The salmon took way too long to be served raw in the middle.

Vibe = chaotic. Food = bad. Price = too high for what it was. We left most of our food in our plates, paid our $130 check and left. Would not recommend to a friend.

I dined at a charming restaurant that offered an exquisite menu featuring fresh oysters, succulent beef short ribs, tender pork loin, a delightful bread board, and a rich selection of red wines. The freshness of the ingredients and the expert preparation made for a truly enjoyable dining experience. The ambiance and attentive service added to the overall satisfaction, making it a place I would eagerly revisit.

A Delicious Lunch ExperienceIf you're looking for a great lunch spot, look no further! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Swoon Kitchenbar, and I was impressed with the quality of the food and the service. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive.I ordered the White Bean soup and clams, and it was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and the portion size was generous. The dish was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, and I was impressed with the attention to detail in the presentation.Overall, I had an excellent lunch experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a welcoming environment. I'll definitely be back to try more of their dishes!

Took a weekend trip up to Hudson and tried to get a reservation at feast and floret with no success. Had to look up other options in the area walkable from our Airbnb and the menu at Swoon caught our eye. We got a table on a Thursday evening easily (there was still quite a crowd) place was very charming. They had an impressive wine list. My date and ordered oysters and a roasted squash salad to start. The salad was so good, something you want to remember to try and make at home. Then for our main we ordered the salmon and the steak. I'm not big on mustard which the salmon was cooked in but it was the perfect complimenting flavor to the dish. The steak was exceptional, tender and marinated to perfection and the mashed potato side was creamy, the perfect mashed texture. We wanted to stay for dessert but had no room whatsoever. Only reason I'm docking a star was the seating was very small/no where to put my purse. I understand it's all aesthetic purposes but I'd usually prefer a more comfortable seating situation. We would definitely come back here the next time we're in town tho, need to try a few more items!

After leaving two messages to get a gift certificate for my sister, I received no reply. I called for the 3rd time during their business hours and finally talked to a person and made the transaction. Next time I'll go to Farmers and Son or some other place in Hudson.

My fiance and I enjoyed the food at Swoon very much. We started off with the cheese platter and shared the braised short rib in red wine and white bean sauce for our entree. We also shared a wonderful bottle of red wine that was recommended by our waitress. I am giving 5 stars for the food, but the service fell short. The waitress started out great and attentive in the beginning and then disappeared after the cheese board came out. They also forgot to bring out our order of fries, which was a side order for the entree. She never came to check on us when the entree came out. She never asked us if we wanted to see a dessert menu or after dinner drink menu. It took a long time to even get the check. At least she removed the fries we never received from the check after we brought it to her attention. It was not even that busy for her not to frequently check on us. When we first got there at 8pm, it was a little busy, but by 830pm, the restaurant started to clear out. I was very disappointed with the service overall.
