Everything Maker does not miss. Between the decor, service and food/drinks, you can not go wrong. Hotel, Lounge, Restaurant, all of it... 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great service and very very nice atmosphere but the portions really are too small for what you pay for. Could definitely have a small side salad with the potato bun egg sandwich for example, or one more scrambled egg with the breakfast option. Good thing we had butter with the pancakes to finish the otherwise nicely toasted bread. Otherwise also perhaps some cream cheese or spread with the salmon sandwich? Would recommend the soup!

Their drinks and baked items were great. I ordered a fried egg sandwich and they brought it sunny side up with even the white a little runny. That’s definitely not fried. They did proceed to rectify it.

We were delighted to find this spot, the decor and service were fantastic. Before the food arrived I was declaring this to be my new favorite Hudson spot. We got the chicken salad and it was mysteriously terrible. We were starving and still couldn't eat much of it. The greens were good. I would go back for a latte because it is charming.

Delicious bites and drinks on main street! The interior design is super unique with lively plants and elegant furniture. Perfect spot to take a pause from shopping

Met friends for breakfast, fantastic breakfast sandwich (out of avocado :/) but the GF waffle was amazing for my friends with celiac. Great coffee, attentive staff, and the atmosphere is adorable! Bought fresh flowers as we were leaving, highly recommend for breakfast/brunch!

Great atmosphere for lunch or afternoon coffee. Ordered the chicken sandwich and I was very impressed. Their bread source is exceptional. Very friendly

We had a most extraordinary Sunday brunch at The Maker Cafe yesterday. We were there by chance, around 1 pm, and are so glad we found this lovely spot with a most attentive staff. We're not spring chickens, and we much appreciated the help getting seated, the delicious butternut squash soup, the fabulous eggplant alla parmgiana sandwich, the broccoli salad. Thanks to you all - we loved it, and we look forward to coming to the restaurant some evening soon.

Good flat white, excellent croissant (buttery and crispy) and very nice sourdough bread with the sunny side eggs. Service was friendly and the atmosphere is cosy with a tasteful decor. Totally recommended!

Food was tasty and simple. I wish the sandwich came with a little side but the bun it was on was delicious. The vibe is also very nice!

Average food and service, but great atmosphere! Nice spot to chill and read a book to wind down after some hudson shopping. Lovely ambiance. The service was good but very slow. The chai latte was mediocre, the panne basket was better but would not have it again.
