We first heard about Via Cassia while visiting Tuscany, and knowing we lived just an hour and an half away from a restaurant that we heard about from across the Atlantic, we had to come visit. We couldn’t have had a better experience! When the owners heard how we found them, they both made sure to come meet us. They were so kind and welcoming and took very good care of us! What a gem! My husband and I absolutely loved our first time Via Cassia.

Everything was incredible. We especially loved the Gran Selezione, Kale salad, and the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio e Peperoncino. Don’t skip these dishes!!

The gran selezione meat and cheese board had some great local cheeses and meats from small producers. Nothing was left on the plate when we were done.
