So I had the most well balanced and thoughtful BLT of my life on Saturday. Had to come back Sunday to try other bites - breakfast burrito was also ideally ratio-ed (consistent precision clearly) and each b-fast burrito component was intentionally cooked to perfection. But I gotta say, the pastries blew my top off. My goodness. Specifically their Sweet Bun - a sweet and savory matrimony made in Heaven, a crispy sugary glazed crust encasing an angelic cloud like center - this bun slapped me back to being a child again. This decedent yet tastefully crafted bundle of love has secured Willa’s as a mandatory stop whenever I’m back in town. Special shout out to Greg for the love he clearly pours into his pastries.
This place is so cute! All of the staff is also so nice. The sweet honey bun was Incredible. Also had the best breakfast burrito I’ve had In a long time. I wish this place was closer to where I live because I would come here every day if I could.

“Small” cafe in Catskill, kind of tucked away so you’d need to know it was there to find it. Menu is small but has tasty choices. Everything always comes out as ordered and the staff is super cool. Sometimes it’s busy early morning or lunch rush, but you can chill at a table and chat while you wait. Certainly worth the visit if you’re looking for something local, yummy and different! Definitely try the homemade baked goods, always the highlight of my visits.
Willa’s became our go-to spot very quickly on our trip to Catskill. Lots of great vegetarian options for breakfast and lunch, and the pastries are simply perfection. The staff is super friendly and there was a great communal vibe happening.

I am back after accidentally deleting my review while reading this establishments response to my previous review. Thought I would take the time to rewrite my post after this establishments owner took the time to respond.Even after Willa’s response to my review my thoughts and feelings on my experience here have not wavered.1.) the pastries were absolutely scrumptious 10/102.) do not come with a group larger than 6 or you will have limits on your order (6 pastries max). This was obviously disappointing to learn in the moment when walking in with a group of ten paying costumers. Willa’s response to this was that they are high in demand and want to ensure that other customers (especially their locals are able to enjoy) (even though we arrived later in the morning/ early afternoon on a Sunday). If we had come in separately we’d all be lucky enough to get some pastries. Dumb rule and I stand by those feelings.3.) Drinks were mid and my group did not leave satisfied with them. Even if the owner says he heard us compliment them, I’m pretty positive we didn’t. Good lattes are hard to come by, can’t speak on their regular coffee, I’m sure it’s satisfactory. (I was told to specifically stay away from the chai lattes btw).3.) The young man at the register was very nice. He did abide by the 6 max rule all too well. Counting down how many pastries we had left after every order. He was of course doing his job, it was just a bit over kill I’m sorry to say — but yes, he was very nice and was dealing with a large group of women (who might I add, were not difficult, just plentiful).4.) overall, prices are good, lattes are mid, rule is dumb and can’t speak on the food cause we didn’t stay.

This place had it all: food, service & atmosphere. What a great spot to grab a beverage and a snack .. my diet was immediately put on hold when I saw ? what they took out of the oven. Really should have taken a photo, it looked as great as it tasted. The baked goods are out of this world. I met colleagues there for a late breakfast meeting and we were able to work well in the space amid tall ceilings and a great vibe. The folks there were so welcoming and the service was superb. I am definitely coming back .. next time on an empty stomach for a full lunch ?

I would leave some pictures but I ate everything too fast! we got a BLT, chicken melt, cinnamon roll, and lemon cream cheese pastry. All were AMAZING. every single bite was fantastic and filling. The place itself is cute and the staff was great. price was definitely worth it!

I have lived in Brooklyn for 45 years and had some of the best tasting bagels in the world but I have never tasted a better “everything” bagel than the ones served at Willa’s.
