Fantastic food and wonderful service. My beer arrived at the table literally seconds after I ordered it. Our food was cooked with care as my wife’s steak was the perfect temp, the veggies were all fresh, and my chicken sandwich was crispy and moist. The prices are surprisingly reasonable for a resort town.
I’m surprised by the negative reviews for what was a surprisingly wonderful dining experience. Y’all should review how digestion works and drink less before making FP allegations.

Disgusting.
We’ve been here a few times. It’s never been amazing , but just ok. This time- the food was literally horrible.
Stinky calamari, separated sour cream and stale chips- and chicken that tasted Ike it had gone bad.
Wont go back again.
The owner was there watching our dissatisfaction - and even after we sent food back, made no effort to check in on us.
This area has an incredible food scene and there is absolutely no reason to spend any time or money here.

I had specifically asked whether the French onion soup contained any alcohol, as I am pregnant. The waitress assured me that it did not.
When her colleague brought the soup to the table, we asked again just to be sure — she went to check with the kitchen, and it turned out that the soup did indeed contain white wine.
Instead of receiving an apology (mistakes happens but then at least say sorry), the soup was initially even added to our bill. I found this behavior completely inappropriate and disappointing. The menu wasn’t offered to me again, so I ended up leaving the restaurant without even ordering a main course.
Unacceptable experience.
This is a must go to stop when on 23A in the mountain top area. The wheelchair access is spot on good. Something I personally need and is hard to find on the mountain top. The deck is great with an amazing view of the surrounding Hunter and Colonels Chair mountain. Beautiful all year round. The owners and staff are top shelf. Great food selection and drink. Also Sushi on Thursdays from very a good sushi chef. The selection of home made brews is excellent with the distillery in view behind glass. I really like the place and the staff I am sure you will to. Make it one of your stops when visiting the Tannersville / Hunter area. Keeping it real in the village of Hunter.

Beautiful spot but food and service were terrible. We waited 45 minutes before getting our orders or drinks … and when they arrived, everything was bad. I won’t recommend at all

Second time there , food atmosphere and staff are great. We were going to sit outside with our dogs in the dog friendly area but it was getting cold so we took it to go.

Our group liked it so much we ate there twice in two days! Great place for beer, food, service and a beautiful view. Good variety on the menu. The brisket was especially delicous. Accommodating to groups both indoors and on the deck. Excellent service. We'll definitely go back when we're in the area!

The restaurant was super understaffed and the food came out so late.

The food, while a bit more expensive than I was expecting, was so freaking good. And the portions were huge. I got the Grand Concourse, which was a sandwich with BBQ brisket with cheddar cheese and fried onion straws. I’m not joking, it was the most delicious thing I’ve eaten in the last six months at least. I also loved the taco salad. I did NOT love the Oktoberfest, it tasted like cinnamon which I did not expect, but aside from that I liked their beer selection.

My first time here, and it won't be the last. Friendly staff and good service. I had the Grand Concourse (BBQ Brisket) sandwich. The Brisket was tender and tasted great!

Been here 3 times before. This visit wasn’t as good as my last 2. Place was slow, yet beers took way too long to arrive. Staff was friendly, but inattentive. We often sat for 10 minutes till someone came by to see if we wanted another. Pretzel bites with beer cheese was our only food item. The cheese sauce was watery and didn’t have much flavor.
Overall we’ve been pleased with this brewery. We’ll be back again and won’t let this past visit ruin our typical great experience.

The beer lines probably need cleaning? That was a really unpleasant beer (The Double Bind).
