“Great experience! Sarah, our waitress, was very nice and accommodating. The Indian food was great, and the ambience and views were excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. Would definitely recommend and come back!”

“Nice restaurant at the Resort. Opens at 4:00 which is fine. Has Salmon & salad - very good. Next night we sat at bar & served by the bartender. He was on top of our drinks & food. Ribeye came out at the right moment as I finished my wine & ordered a glass of Cabernet with my meal. Large portion, done a bit much but flavorful. A good experience”

“Really tasty quick Chinese food. We’re from NYC and there’s a lot of bit or miss down there with similar types of take-out spots. This was seriously good. Filled with flavor and prepared from scratch. Not sure why there are some negative reviews but we took a chance & will definitely be going back.”

“We went to hike Kaaterskill and stopped here twice. Not only was the service fast and the food yummy, but they were so hospitable. The first night they helped us get oriented to the village and gave us a run down of what was open/closed/available. The second day, after a couple issues (had some hiking gear stolen), they fed us on the house. It made our day a little bit better and that’s what life is all about. Highly recommend to anyone passing through. These are some good people all around.”

“My sister and I had dinner at Prominence a couple of days ago. What an enjoyable meal! The food was wonderful, with generous portions. I had the swordfish special and the fish was very fresh! The Burrata Mozzerella appetizer was delicious, as were the rice balls. My sister had an appetizer special (fried pork belly) and linguini with a variety of seafood in the sauce- also delicious! The service was great- our waitress was Lydia- very prompt and there when you needed her without hanging over us. We would highly recommend Prominence!”

“This French bakery hidden in the heart of Windham NY. The pastries are delicious. We make sure gave we go to the bakery every year when we come up for our family trip. This year we tasted an assortment of cakes, his quiche, donuts and his gluten free cake. You have to try it when you visit Windham mountain.”

“This area does not have lots of food choices. Most of what you find is mediocre at best. Then comes Lucky Catskills. It was like seeing a mirage. What is a place like this doing out in the sticks. We had the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup. They sold out of the dumpling. It was good for what is worth. I would recommend if you are tired of the typical sandwiches and fried foods that’s all over this area. Change of pace.”

“This is an incredible place. We stopped here after hiking Katterskill Falls. It was a lovely autumn day and the ice cream sign captured our attention. The store is packed with so many helpful things.

The owner and his daughters were so friendly. We had a house specialty, a waffle sundae. This is a homemade waffle with chocolate sauce and ice cream on top. It was incredibly delicious.

We will always stop here when we go to the falls. Such a wholesome business. 🇺🇸”
