If you are in the Windham area you need to check out Restaurant Matilda. This is Manhattan quality food in a beautiful setting with an amazing team. This is out go to when we are in town.
We love to spend vacations in the Catskills, and after a wonderful culinary experience last summer, we decided to return to Matilda. We were just as delighted this second time around. Delicious food with gorgeous presentation in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. We shared oysters and tuna belly. I had the trout for my main, and my husband had the Wagu beef.
