“We love to spend vacations in the Catskills, and after a wonderful culinary experience last summer, we decided to return to Matilda. We were just as delighted this second time around. Delicious food with gorgeous presentation in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. We shared oysters and tuna belly. I had the trout for my main, and my husband had the Wagu beef. For dessert, we shared the Matilda sundae. Everything was fresh, tasty, and perfectly balanced. The service was quick and very welcoming. Highly recommend this gem in Hensonville!“

“My sister and I had dinner at Prominence a couple of days ago. What an enjoyable meal! The food was wonderful, with generous portions. I had the swordfish special and the fish was very fresh! The Burrata Mozzerella appetizer was delicious, as were the rice balls. My sister had an appetizer special (fried pork belly) and linguini with a variety of seafood in the sauce- also delicious! The service was great- our waitress was Lydia- very prompt and there when you needed her without hanging over us. We would highly recommend Prominence!“
