My sister and I had dinner at Prominence a couple of days ago. What an enjoyable meal! The food was wonderful, with generous portions. I had the swordfish special and the fish was very fresh! The Burrata Mozzerella appetizer was delicious, as were the rice balls. My sister had an appetizer special (fried pork belly) and linguini with a variety of seafood in the sauce- also delicious! An absolute 10!! Best espresso martinis I’ve ever had!! Stuffed branzino was amazing! The atmosphere was relaxed and chill and very comfortable. And the Lindsey’s are the BEST bartenders in not only the state, but the world!! We came to prominence two nights in a row, we couldn’t wait to come back!!
It was our first time trying Prominence Restaurant today and holy crap! Every staff member was incredibly polite and made the experience so refreshing!
