While staying at Scribner’s, we wanted to give Prospect a try since it was so close and very cold out. Was very surprised with the quality of everything. Flavors are good but everything is fresh. My only gripe is that the fries with the burger are a bit too oily. The cocktails were delicious and were made perfectly. This is a great option if you’re staying nearby and don’t want to travel too far, would definitely recommend and I’d definitely come back again if I was staying...

Stayed at Scribner’s so naturally we had to check out the restaurant. Everything on the menu sounded amazing and a bunch of the options were gluten free.

There are a lot of fancy cocktails too and even mocktails.

We ordered the beet salad with creamy goat cheese. My husband ordered the tile fish and I ordered the butternut squash risotto, which was out of this world. I was so full I had to force myself to stop eating it it was that good.

I really enjoyed the food and views here - 5 stars. I had the steak for dinner and the smash burger and fries for lunch. Best burger I've ever had - so simple but so so good. The only concern was cleanliness of the staff (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars). Thankfully, these weren't my servers, but if you're petting a dog, I would think you should wash your hands before going back to handling food/drink. Another waiter cleaning a table wiped the contents...
