My family and I like to come to Rt 110 Japan sporadically. We enjoy the food and the service. My favorite is the happiest roll and a lychee martini. I’ve been there on crazy busy days as well as slower hours. We are always well taken care of. When Billy is there, he knows us and keeps a close eye on everyone to make sure they are being served in a timely fashion and enjoy their food/drink. It’s definitely a great go to restaurant. 3.5-4: 3.5 because we had a reservation for a large party and still waited 45min after they called to confirm we were still coming. But they gave us a few appetizers since we waited so long. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and a few rolls. Everything was decent, nothing amazing nor bad though. Some things we ordered were the short ribs, peking duck dumplings, calamari, wagyu meatballs. It's June 10th 2023 and this restaurant is so delicious! The food and the service, I had such a good time I forgot to take pics of the food ! The pictures I do have are pictures of food that we already started eating !!! Sorry guys! The sushi is fresh and tasty, the hibachi was flavorful and cooked to perfection not over or under cooked. We were celebrating a 15 year olds birthday. I didn't drink but the bartender really looked like he knew what he was doing. It was fun watching...read full review
