With all due respect it's small and broken toys and not much for the kids to do. They get bored quick
Absolutely love taking my nephew here! The play area has everything a toddler could want and the cafe has everything an adult could want (coffee, wine, beer, spiked seltzers). Our fav spot on a day that’s too hot, rainy, or too cold to play outside!
Cute little spot.
Great mimosas
Great coffee!!!!
My kids also had a ton of fun, def recommend
Coffees are good. That’s the only good part. The play area is chaotic and very dirty at some points, stuff isn’t really cleaned, consistently dirty with crumbs. Half the stuff isn’t working, smells rancid & clearly hasn’t been wiped down since 2020. Sticky, dirty, fingerprints galore, just so nasty. i highly doubt anything is ever rly cleaned. Everyone always shares chairs/tables which is fine just claustrophobic, always on top of each other upstairs is for younger kids, you find out through word of mouth for some reason it’s never advertised so parents with infants can feel more comfortable. but that area smells like butt/diapers and AC doesn’t work so it’s stinky as heck. The age range birth-8 crazy I’d probably go more birth-5. there’s 8 year olds playing aggressively right next to babies who are just learning how to crawl
. Staff does nothing when parents eat and drink in the play area, they also don’t do anything about parents climbing in spots they’re not supposed to. but to be fair i wouldn’t want to deal with entitled parents either. They keep their head down at the cafe section which i guess is their job.
I’d rather go to social play Haus than the crusty, overstimulating chaos of a latte fun. SPH is more spacious, clean and imo does a better job at keeping the kids busy & parents sane. i wanted to like a latte fun so bad since it is literally a 2 min drive and was (at the time) the only place charging 20$ but the quality is cheeks.
I just celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday at their newest location in Hauppauge, and i cant say anything but thank you to the whole staff for making it so smooth and easy for us. Im so glad i picked them for my princess party everyone was so amazed with how nice and clean was the place and also beautiful it had a lot of entertainment for kids ages from 1 to 10yr old which was such a hit, nobody wanted to leave! Also the staff was very kind an helpful!!
Edit - they reached out almost immediately after I posted this addressing my concerns. I would have spoken to them in person but having multiple littles running around it’s almost impossible to think in the moment. Lots of big kids running around being a little rough made it hard to stop and speak to someone. I appreciate them being concerned enough to reach out. Adjusted my review/rating to reflect awesome customer service. I will visit again solely based on them caring.
The place is really fun for my kids - ages 3 and 2 - but it was really frustrating after the first half an hour. No one cleans up the areas as kids play so after 20 mins there’s no pieces in the grocery store or the vet area because people don’t have their kids clean up but there’s also no employee cleaning up. Most places I’ve been to there’s an employee putting back toys throughout the playtime. No one enforces the riding room so there are ride on toys all throughout the place being used by the same 3 kids the entire time and there’s no ride on toys in the actual room. The employee on her phone at the check in desk could clean up while keeping an eye on the desk/snack bar. Again really fun but for the price it would be nice if it was still playable after the first half an hour.
A Latte Fun is the perfect spot for both kids and parents! The play area is super clean, safe, and just the right size for kids to explore while adults can easily keep an eye on them. Whether you're there for open play or a party, the experience is always smooth and stress-free. The coffee bar is also a great touch for parents, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it!
Very Disappointing & Unhygienic Play Area for Kids.
I visited A Latte Fun Jeriko with my son and had a terrible experience. The place was hot and uncomfortable—there was no working AC on either floor, and the staff casually dismissed concerns by saying, “It’s just hot outside.” That’s not a valid excuse, especially for an indoor play space meant for kids.
The foam floor was sticky, had a bad odor, and the whole area felt poorly maintained. Even after multiple complaints, there was no sense of urgency or care from the staff.
To make things worse, my son got sick after the visit, which I strongly suspect was due to the unhygienic conditions. For a place geared toward children, this is unacceptable.
I would never return and do not recommend this place to any parent who values safety, cleanliness, and basic comfort.
Good playground!
Fun place for both child and parent.

Workers here close when they want to… You have to call ahead.
People don’t consider the fact that you may have driven out of your way to be here.
We recently held a birthday party for my daughter at Penélope and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The space was immaculate and well-maintained. Our guests had a wonderful time, and we felt completely relaxed and supported throughout the event. I highly recommend A Latte fun for anyone looking for a great kid friendly celebration.
Great coffee, and a well executed business. The kids love it, the parents get a break, and it’s a wholesome business. Good vibes, highly recommended
I love A Latte Fun! It is so fun for the kiddos and it is so easy to monitor and watch your kiddos. It isn’t overwhelmingly big and they regularly clean the play area throughout the day! Their birthday parties are unmatched with how hassle free they are for the parents. All of the staff is so kind and helpful and I will definitely return!
Cute little spot, wanted to like it but isnt safe.
Only one worker for the place...managing check ins, setting up for birthday party and selling food items. Never once looked at the play area to make sure everyone was following the rules.
The rules were posted on the wall but nobody ensured they were read let alone followed.
The play area was set up like a railroad so there was only one path for traffic. Several children collided into each other as well as adults.
The children werent necessarily supervised by their caregiver either because on several occasions a child came up to me to ask for help.
I felt like i had to police my own children as well as everyone elses.
My daughter was on the trampoline by herself at one point and two older girls ran in started bouncing around. She lost her balance and landed funny. Now we have to deal with an ankle fracture for the next 4 weeks.
Two families went through a gated area. Apparantly there is an upstairs section for younger children? Since most of us werent there before we were never made aware of it. Was it even open? Was there a worker upstairs? Was it cleaned?
Needless to say I will not be returning. So disappointed.
