Gingerbites is one of the best Haitian Restaurants in Long Island. We love the authentic Haitian cuisine. The food is flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The owner is flexible & reliable. The high quality and friendly service from the owner keeps me coming back. This place knows how to serve authentic Haitian flavors. I’m very picky about flavors, but this place nailed it. Each bite had perfect seasoning and tasted fresh. The Citronade was absolute perfection.
