Food was nothing special. Server walked away before taking the last 2 orders. Had to go find her. Check came & each of us gave a credit card for $150 (3 of us). Server comes back telling me my card didn't go through. Plenty of money on my card. Run it again. Or manually input the numbers. No. I gave her another card. I walked over to the owner & ripped him one. Told him he should have manually input the card info into the terminal instead of embarassing me in front of friends. He came to my table & apologized. Said he has a crappy credit card system. I didn't care. Should have manually input the info. They also include your tip in the bill which is tacky & obnoxious. Never going back.

Cocktails were excellent (Aperol Spritz and a white wine). We had the sweet and sour calamari special for appetizer. Calamari were stringy and the sauce tasted like it was duck sauce with some chili sauce mixed in. The coating on the calamari was mushy due to the calamari swimming in sauce. Very poor rendition. I had the paella special. Worst paella I ever ate. First off waiter never asked if we had any food allergies (I have a digestive allergy only when I eat them) and me like a dumbbell I forget to tell the waiter upon ordering. Paella had plenty of shrimp (my wife ate these) and shellfish but a very sparse shredding of chicken in it. Last and worst of all, the dish was far too soupy (it was swimming in tomato sauce) and extremely over salted. I think I'm going to have to take extra BP pills this evening. I was only able to make it through half the dish before I had to stop. The waiter was kind enough to take $20 off the bill. My wife ordered the walnut crusted salmon. Nice piece of fish with very good risotto, but the fish had no flavor. All in all now I understand why this Branzino's doesn't do too well. We were 1 of only 2 parties dining in at the time (7pm). We definitely won't be going back there any time soon. Wouldn't recommend at all. Lots of other places with better seafood.

Been here a few times for dinner and decided to come here on Mother’s Day, on of the busiest days. There’s very few establishments out there that that give you the same service and quality on a busy day as a regular day, this is one of them. The spicy Rigatoni is a must !!! Haven’t been to the northport location yet but will definitely try it this summer.

Extremely disappointing experience at Branzino. I made a Mother’s Day reservation a week in advance for my pregnant wife, toddler, and myself, only to arrive and find out they were hosting a party that had no intention of leaving despite assuring us our table would be ready by 6 PM.

What upset me most was watching management ignore my visibly pregnant wife for over 15 minutes without even offering her a seat or basic courtesy, while other guests were immediately accommodated. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Ruined what was supposed to be a special evening. It’s okay though, we spent our money and time at La Parma and were given first class service.

Awful!! Just really, really bad. And the deep fried chicken cutlet that tasted like 2 week old McDonald's French fry oil, was the icing on the cake. Oh, and learn how to make a proper espresso martini. Close this location and just focus on Northport!

Our server, Javier, was friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and delicious. One dish, the chicken parm, came out with overcooked and dried chicken but was remade promptly. We were a bit taken aback by the automatic 20% gratuity addition to our check for 4!?!? I understand for large parties but the restaurant was empty except for our party of 4 and another table of 8-10 people.

We went for Valentines Day with another couple and enjoyed it immensely. It was busy but somehow perfect for our vision of a meal experience on that day. Service was impeccable. They worked hard on the floor to keep everything moving along. Food was delicious. Drinks too.

Nice quaint place perfect for valentines. We were seated quickly despite being 10 mins late for our rest. Main concern was the temperature of our food. We recieved two appetizers that were cold and one entree that was cold. A little disappointed by the seafood pasta, lacked seasoning. Shrimp had been cooked but not even salt or pepper on it. The lobster tail was beautifully cooked and seasoned but i wish this was consistent throughout the rest of the plate. Waygu meatballs were good, just cold. Temperature seemed to be inconsistent. Not sure if i would return at this moment as we had leftovers and i didn't even reach for them. Gelato was delicious. Definitely had high expectations given its location and great reviews and ratings. Unfortunately feeling like it missed the mark, not sure if it's because it was busy for Valentine's Day. Maybe someday in the near future they can redeem themselves!

We had a 7 PM reservation on Valentine's Day. When we made the reservation, they told us that we had an hour and a half reserved for the table. We made sure we showed up early and were there at 6:50. We were seated promptly and placed our order rather quickly as well because I wanted to make sure we had enough time to eat. I understand it was Valentine's Day, but two tables came in one to our right and one to our left, they got their appetizers before we did and we had to flag down the waiter to ask him where our food was and he said oh it's coming. Then it came time for our dinner and once again, both tables who had half hour reservations later than we did received their food before we did and once again we had to flag down our waiter and say where is our food. He gave us the ridiculous excuse of because we wanted our steaks rare that it was taking longer. Rare takes longer to cook? The waiter brought me a complementary glass of wine and then came back about 10 minutes later with our food. Even the table next to us who was eating their food felt bad for us and said I can't believe it. All said and done we did not get our dinners until 8:25. Unfortunately I think it's one and done for us. Additionally, the tables were ridiculously small, and I had to push my chair up against the wall, move the table practically right up against me so that my husband didn't keep getting hit when the waiters walked past him.
