FIND A NEW SPOT. First. The food is normally good. But time to time, the quality and flavor profile is inconsistent; and the food is not so great. I guess depending on who they have cooking. So, normally my wife would place an order by phone & use her Credit Card as a form of payment. And I Would pick up the order on my way home from work and/or where ever I am in my travels. But the last few times we have ordered from Top One, they have been giving my wife a hard time when taking our credit card over the phone. Now, we order frequently fro Top One, So we are no strangers to this chinese restaurant. But this evening, they gave her such a hard time and didn't even consider taking a payment over the phone and told my wife they would make the order and I would have to pay cash when I pick it up. So I did a few errands. 40 minutes later , I went to the restaurant to pick up the food. I told them my name, and I was here to pick up the food, and they didn't even make it. They said they'll make it now and ask if I was paying cash. I told him to forget it. I'm not waiting. I won't be coming back and I walked out of the store. And that's it. After 5 years ordering take out from them. I AM DONE WITH TOP ONE. THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHEN INTERACTING WITH THE TRANSACTION OF PAYMENT AND TAKING THE FOOD. LIKE WE OWE THEM SOMETHING FROM JUST ORDERING FOOD FROM THEM. SO, WITH THE INCONSISTENCY OF FOOD QUALITY AND FLAVOR, POOR TRANSPARENCY. I'VE
HAD IT. I WELL GO TO JACKIE'S KITCHEN DOWN THE BLOCK OR SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR NOW ON. VERY DISAPPOINTING. AND IT'S NOT APPRECIATED. WITH THE COST OF LIVING TODAY AND THE COST OF FOOD. SOMEONE ELSE WILL APPRECIATE MY BUSINESS. Golden Temple in Syosset is 4.5 miles away from me. But the food is absolutely incredible. It's worth the drive. And they are amazingly friendly.

Enjoyed really good food. Pork fried rice and sesame chicken was properly cooked. Also really enjoyed the egg drop soup. Looking forward to enjoying food from this place again some time in the future. 😁

My bill came to $21.35. I gave the girl $40.35. She took the money and was fumbling with it for about 4 minutes. Then she put $9.00 o the counter. I told her my change should be $19.00. She then started to argue that I gave her a twenty and a ten and the change. I told her to count her money in the drawer and she said no. So I am out $10. Will never go back there again.

A1 sesame chicken with fried rice at this spot

First time trying this location and order some chicken wings with fries and one with rice . Unfortunately, we couldn’t look pass on how many feathers the wings had we also order a shrimp, lo mein it was not to much seasoning in it , on the plus size the cheese wontons delicious ?

Mongolian beef is excellent. Shrimp with lobster sauce is meh. Prices keep going up like everywhere.

this is the best chinese place on all of long island. every time i go there my order is always correct and the food is always great.

One of the best Chinese food around. You actually get mostly chicken instead of mostly breading. The food tastes good.
