This place is so much fun for kids! Mine love watching the “smoke” cloud pour out, and the ice cream is always fantastic.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is always very sweet with my kids, and they love watching the ice cream be made.

Blown away.
What an ice cream experience.
People that love ice cream and care about what they’re doing serving a damn good product.
Had Maple bourbon with walnuts and graham cracker mixed in with caramel injection. And yeah. Wow.

The hot chocolate is pretty good. The chocolate smores ice cream was ok
I went there with my family. It was really nice. We were the only ones there then 10 people came in behind us. We put our order in for three regular cups of ice cream. Between receiving our 1st cup and the 3rd cup was 20 minutes. The three people who came behind me were there for 40 minutes between the first and 3rd order. It was too much when you have kids with you. I understand it was a Friday night, but they had at least 6 employees there. If they all work together to get each order done individually, it would go much quicker and people would be happier.

Took 25 minutes to make two cups of coffee that tasted like flavored milk. Will never go back. Unforgiveable service.

My wife and I went to Alkemy Ice Cream in Huntington, and it was an incredible experience! I opted for the Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Signature creation, and it was absolutely delicious, the buttery flavor combined with the creamy texture made it so good. My wife chose the strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberries on top and a hot fudge injection, she loved every bite. One of the highlights of our visit was watching the ice cream being made right in front of us using liquid nitrogen. It was awesome to see the process, and it added an extra layer of excitement to our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. Alkemy Ice Cream offers a unique and delicious ice cream experience that we highly recommend.

The ice cream preparation at this establishment is what sets it apart from the other ice cream shops. The use of nitrogen to freeze the cream while it is being mixed in a mixing stand is intriguing.
I got the matcha flavor ice cream, something simple to start out and it was good. I like my matcha flavor to be more prominent, but this one still had a bit more of a hint. Just a scoop cost about $9
My friend got the cookie butter flavored ice cream with the waffles and topped with whipped cream. This choice was absolutely amazing. The waffle was crispy and soft and also warm when we had it. It paired really well with the ice cream. This was about $13
Another friend of mine got a milkshake. The milk shake was not really worth it as they liked more of a thicker consistency. The flavor was cookies n cream, but there wasn’t much cookies in it. It cost $13, the cookies n cream were an additional $2 to the base cost of $11.
The cost of these are a little pricier than what I would normally pay for ice cream.
I may come back to have a waffle ice cream myself as that one was the most worth it. The scoop by itself and the milkshakes were not worth the price. The ice cream was also melting really easily, which I personally do not mind, but letting people know for preference.

never got to try the ice cream. didn't really care much to after the server who told us to leave was making ice cream for people who were behind us on line. overall a lackluster experience ??♀️. won't be going back ever and giving service to a place that would be selective and not serve first time customers who weren't even aware it closed at 11:00 pm when everything surrounding was open and full of nightlife. the couple behind us was in there well after we left and received their order. such a shame because it looked good.

I went to go get ice cream with my family soon before they closed, and they said that they were closing and wouldn't serve us. I had no problem with this until they served the people behind us in line with no issue, and then when I went back to ask what just happened they switched up and said that they would take our order. This is clear racism, as my wife is black.

Pretty god awful experience, waited over 25 minutes for ice cream, the place was extremely unsanitary, and the ice cream was incredibly lack luster and bland. I ended up throwing it out, and I definitely won't be back. What a waste of $20.

The service was awful, they were very disorganized with orders as my girlfriend got her ice cream 15 minutes before I did and they were ordered at the same time. They also were very unsanitary, they didn't wear glove when working with the ice cream nor did they wash their hands at all between orders. I feel as if I could look past that if the ice cream tasted good but we ended up throwing it out. What an absolute waste of money and time, I absolutely would not recommend this at all.
