Tall girl with glasses was highkey really rude and probably on a power trip. Everyone else was super polite though.
Very tasty ice cream. I was told that they use 100% real ingredients. The taste, the texture are just amazing!
My favorite ice cream spot now. Freshly made right in front of us. Flavors hit. Wish that they open til midnight. Coming back hereeee
Ordered 2 waffle cones with just one scoop of vanilla each. About 7 people in the shop. After 25 minutes one of the workers(who seemed very relaxed and taking their time) asked me how long I was waiting. I said I don’t even know and he told me it will be ready soon and it’s gonna be worth it. I figured he would at this point prioritize my order since people had been ordering after me and getting their ice cream but he didnt. About 20 minutes later I finally get one waffle cone with the ice cream already melted. I started working to make sure it didn’t melt and started getting frustrated waiting for the second cone. It’s just two cones of one vanilla scoop each, it shouldn’t take this long. I asked one of the workers there if he knew how much longer I was gonna have to wait and he said “I don’t know” with an annoyed attitude. I finally got my second waffle cone and it was melted like the first and when we got outside and started walking to the car we realized the second cone was cracked. Ended up throwing the cones out the window on the drive we were so frustrated. It ruined what I thought would be a nice date with my girlfriend and made me look stupid for choosing to come here. The employees who work there don’t care how busy it gets, they have one speed. If I were the owner, I’d clean house. Terrible experience for mid ice cream
Today I was walking by an Alkemy store, and through the glass, I saw two girls working on an ice cream machine that was billowing out white smoke. It looked so cool! The girls were really pretty, super cute, and just so nice. When they saw me taking a picture, they even waved at me and smiled. I was pretty busy today and didn't have time to stop and grab a bite, but I definitely need to go back and try their ice cream next time!
Sunday evening, Mother's Day. Very slow service. Waited 20-25 minutes for basic ice cream with one add-in that any other ice cream shop would have served in 6 minutes. $20 for two Regular sized portions of no better than anywhere else ice cream. Waste of time, waste of money. How is this place still in business with such a BS gimmick?
We saw them using nitrogen through the glass and we had to try one. You get to see them make your ice cream on the spot and so you know you're getting them freshly made. Interesting to watch and also delicious. Highly recommend!
This short guy was very nice. I was confused about ordering and he helped me find a flavor I like. Unbeatable customer service.
Our order was seemingly made wrong 3-4 times, the staff seemed to find it funny. When it was finally done (about half an hour later with no orders infront of us) the flavor wasn’t what we order. What’s worse is that for $27 I received a single spoonful, not a scoop, but a spoonful of ice cream covered in whipped cream. Walk an extra block and go to Milky Way.
This place is so much fun for kids! Mine love watching the “smoke” cloud pour out, and the ice cream is always fantastic.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is always very sweet with my kids, and they love watching the ice cream be made.

The hot chocolate is pretty good. The chocolate smores ice cream was ok
I went there with my family. It was really nice. We were the only ones there then 10 people came in behind us. We put our order in for three regular cups of ice cream. Between receiving our 1st cup and the 3rd cup was 20 minutes. The three people who came behind me were there for 40 minutes between the first and 3rd order. It was too much when you have kids with you. I understand it was a Friday night, but they had at least 6 employees there. If they all work together to get each order done individually, it would go much quicker and people would be happier.

Took 25 minutes to make two cups of coffee that tasted like flavored milk. Will never go back. Unforgiveable service.

My wife and I went to Alkemy Ice Cream in Huntington, and it was an incredible experience! I opted for the Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Signature creation, and it was absolutely delicious, the buttery flavor combined with the creamy texture made it so good. My wife chose the strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberries on top and a hot fudge injection, she loved every bite. One of the highlights of our visit was watching the ice cream being made right in front of us using liquid nitrogen. It was awesome to see the process, and it added an extra layer of excitement to our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. Alkemy Ice Cream offers a unique and delicious ice cream experience that we highly recommend.
