Absolutely spectacular service all around. I came in with a nut allergy, and even though it was packed, Josie and Cira were there to help me pick out flavors while being cautious of my allergies. I would recommend this place out of anywhere else in Huntington. Very clean, classy, respectful, and great service!

The atmosphere is so welcoming and fun, making it the perfect spot to indulge in some sweet treats. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with a recommendation if you can’t decide (though it's hard to go wrong!). And, of course, the ice cream is as delicious as always! This place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Incredible Ben & Jerry’s scoop shop!! Excellent experience all around. This store is well maintained and the staff are friendly. It’s great to see a fantastic female owned franchise in the area.
Fantastic from beginning to end! Walked in on a busy night, and was quickly greeted with a smile and positivity. The owner (i believe) was there helping her staff tend to the crowd. I asked about private catering and she was super helpful and provided me with information during the rush as well. Couldn’t recommend it more, love Ben and Jerry’s and this location!

?PLEASE READ ENTIRELY‼️The ice cream was good the service is incredible the 2 stars is for having a sugar cone with paper glued on it that won’t come off to eat the cone?? WTH is that about? we asked but couldn’t get an answer if you do not want to eat paper get a cup..my family got cones and we noticed this! We saw someone outside with a sugar cone and told her about it and she couldn't get hers off. We were flabbergasted That is a choking hazard for a child that doesn’t realize this, adults should. Ben & Jerry’s do better! ❌??I do not recommend a sugar cone at all until they show the paper comes off or don’t put paper on it give napkins perhaps this comes from being eco friendly? No clue! Maybe a bad batch idk owner should look into this, I visited 6/18/24 at about 9:00pm No pictures because the family ate the scoops and threw out the cones but no fair you’re paying for a cone and it’s inedible. $16.30 for 2 cones and a kiddie cup. I tipped the staff they gave samples and were extremely nice.o
