I'm giving this place 2 stars because i know they can do better but maybe just don't realize the need for attention to detail.

Place looks a bit crammed and grim. Its almost like they are forced to be there. There were people dinning in but they too look puzzled. Great location but not decorated well. Needs a special touch, this is clearly the staff or management marginalizing the importance of interior decoration and flow

Staff seemed OK on average. Maybe the guy that served me was New while the others were more seasoned deli people i can tell. I don't know but they were acting sketchy and I don't think they needed to. Just needed to be warmer and more offering.

food, not great. I ordered a pastrami, egg and cheese on a bagel. Pastrami looked like it was found in a random Tupperware with only last 2 slices left. They took it out slowly in front of me and looked as of they were concerned it was spoiled, they said nothing. Mysterious meat went to the back. A few minutes later, I had a sandwich packaged. I overpaid proudly and then left. I opened the sandwich, and the first thing I noticed was how mushy it was it all was. Almost as if I left it in the bag for hours. Not the case, maybe 2 minutes at most. Bagel wasn't toasted which was probably the biggest offender. In fairness I didn't ask either for it to be toasted, but common. You are the sales assistant ask me what else i could want to make that sandwich better, extra jalapeño, toasting, anything. Ask me if I want coffee. Nothing. Just cold. Then I took one bite....... OMG, gross. I nearly gagged. The pastrami was barely cooked in a soggy bagel. How do they think this is normal. and it wasn't too busy or overwhelming. Not sure why something as simple as a sandwich they couldn't do right. I threw away the rest which cost me about 12 bucks. Bit of a waste I'd say.

I believe there is alot of room for improvement. I think the staff has potential but management needs to bring in experts to teach right from wrong in the restaurant business.

The coffee is always cold and I ordered a breakfast with hamon egg and cheese on a whole wheat bread and they gave me Bagels then I told them to change it because I don't like bagels they changed me but they put the same egg and it was cold my breakfast tasted bad

Been going here for years. Went here today. Split a turkey on a roll with a drink. Two bags of chips and a candy bar. 34 bucks but even forgetting about the price. It just did not taste the same and it was dry turkey for sure. There are new owners here and instead of closing at 4:00 p.m. which was kind of early now 3:00 p.m. they said.

I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Our first time there. Owner was great with my kids. Gave them extras as the were Islanders fans

New ownership so it’s not the original blue line team. Service was a little slow for 2 sandwiches and the staff didn’t have knowledge of the menu or printed menus to look at. Prices seem to have been hiked and the quality wasn’t bad but is not great either so $34 for 2 sandwiches and a coffee is excessive. Woodbury Deli or IvBros are both better.

And I'm an Islander fan. Too crowded with stuff. Is this a man cave or a deli? Egg sandwich was hot, but not as I ordered it.

Kennedy made me an awesome egg wrap! I went into Blue Line not knowing what I wanted, and he asked if he could just whip me something up and surprise me. He made me a delicious veggie egg wrap. It was so tasty and flavorful. They were quick and kind at Blue Line. Highly recommend!
