Everyday the prices change I went there on a Wednesday and paid $3.90 for a bagel with cream cheese and Jelly went back on Friday order the same bagel and it was $5.70 when I questioned the clerk he responded who was working on Wednesday rung you up wrong I won’t be going back anymore smh how many others have this happened too

There was hair baked INTO my bagel! You can see it on top, I could not scrape it off so it didn’t just fall onto the bagel. As I examined it, I found more and more hair all over the bagel. This is absolutely disturbing I didn’t even realize, until after I had started eating it.

Update: Bagelicious took over Brendels but we’re so happy that the awesome staff has remained and product quality has continued to be delicious. So grateful to have such a wonderfully delicious, friendly spot remain in the area. We look forward to their hot, fresh bagels every weekend! Orginal post: I moved to the area a little over a year ago. Shortly after our move, we visited Brendels for the first time and the bagels and breakfast sandwiches blew us away - they are now a weekend staple for my house. I love their coffee crumb coffee and they make very best BLTs. We love the establishment and the staff are so sweet. So grateful to have found them!
Very nice, very clean, very many options, light, bright, always cleaning. Not BRENDELLS ANYMORE!Expensive, no lunch specials, asked for salad w topping - never put it on. Tasted Salad and mayonnaise was DEFINITELY BAD! SOUR MAYO. Salads in the counter are turning colors. Ample parking, accessible, place to sit down. Vaping was allowed in store by all. Close to Hwys.

this place has gotten worse and worse, under new ownership and they SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK i would not go here every again, been coming here for 6 years and new owners SUCK cant get an order right ... they write it down and STILL f it up and cant get it right ... then blame everything except that they cant follow simple instructions.. STAY AWAY from here, also as was getting a drink from the cooler saw a roach and said something to the counter person and they shrugged shoulder and ignored me ..

Sandwiches and bagels are fresh, staff is friendly. A little disorganized at times with picking up your call-in orders. Overall a good spot though.
