Called to confirm an order and got an attitude from an employee who did not want to state his name. As someone who was just inquiring about an order. I could've done without the attitude and the lack of accountability for the attitude. This employee hung up on me before I could finish asking my question and he refused to answer the phone call I made right after he hung up. This call was made 9pm on 3/21. He informed me that manager Leo was not in until Monday. So to Mr. Leo. Please ensure that your staff is courteous and know how to provide proper customer service. A question should never lead to an attitude, smart ass remark and a hang up. This is a business. Not a personal matter.
