First time at this Carvel yesterday. Got a brown bonnet. Not only did it have crunchies mixed into the chocolate shell but they were hidden in the cone along with fudge. Never had such a unique bonnet before. Very nice surprise.

I would never go back here even though I live less than 4 minutes away from here. We had ordered ice cream on a cone, but it was too soft that they had to put it in a cup upside down. It was practically eating ice cream soup with an upside down cone. When I complained about it. They said it was still ice cream but with a cup and a cone. I told her I did not want it, and neither did my daughter. If the soft serve ice cream is too soft, that it can stay on a cone, then don't serve it. It actually had gotten out of hand arguing with the Asian store manager that we simply left the ice cream behind, and we did not pay for anything since we did not get anything. We will never go here. We actually make it a point to drive to Northport, or the carvel in greenlawn.
Very smoothy and creamy ice cream!!! The sorbet mix with the ice cream made me dream back my childhood. Clean store and nice shopper.
