So good! A solid destination for some big bactivities. Reminds me of European-run bakeries in Fort Lauderdale. Everything was so fresh delicious and high-quality. I got a baguette, and it was so wonderful to have good bread again. The cream puff was out of this world. Excellent bakery for Long Island, and very good service. Surprisingly affordable prices.

OMG. THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I highly recommend the blueberry muffins, the jelly donuts, the apple pie. OH the whipped cream. I have never had anything that delicious. You will not be disappointed. My husband Charles works in Huntington and brings home these delectable desserts (definitely improved the marriage).

Everybody is looking for the best place to purchase bakery goods. Try the Chocolate Crufin. It's absolutely insane how good they taste. The Sourdough Bread is phenomenal. We drive from Manorville to shop there. It's a 45 minute drive on the best traffic day. It's Worth it for sure. My wife is a Ninja at baking. She LOVES DIBC! This is the place, trust me.

This place advertised "they have what you need" and then when you drive 45 minutes they dont have it and talk to you like they couldnt care less. Rude customer service in store and even worse from the owner themselves. This arrogant terrible business owner writing laugh emojis and talking rude to customers answering reviews and comments in public after being incompetent. Imagine advertising you have something and then not having it and talking to a customer so poorly after the fact. Horrible business owner.

Place is an absolute joke sold out of their sourdough bread at 10am on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Couldn't be a less capable business.

Hoping there is a good explanation for this as I’ve always enjoyed the food but this was unacceptable. We were in today presumably as they were close to closing (there was barely anything left on the shelves - we were told no food would be heated and there was no coffee). We decided to sit outside and eat what we bought. An older woman employee approached my husband and mother in law and told them that she had to close the gates and therefore they had to go (I was just approaching from Southdown because again they had no coffee when we made our food purchase). She apologized but sort of rushed us off of the outdoor seating area including my mother in law who can barely walk. I asked her to please be patient as she can barely get up on her own and she waited. There happened to be a table at Southdown so we sat in there and finished our snacks and coffee. When we came out I was surprised to see a lovely older couple sitting at the table that we were rushed out of 30 mins earlier and no gate closed. Are other people of color being treated this way here? I would hate to think that way but I’m hoping the business will respond with a perfectly reasonable explanation for why this non POC elderly couple were allowed to sit and enjoy the food not even purchased at Duck Island but we were not. It felt pretty discriminatory.
