Bread and pastries are amazing. Their jelly doughnuts never disappoints. Prices are a tad bit high but good quality.

Duck Island Bakery is Quacking Good . This bakery is a stone throw from the village of Huntington located in Southdown. This spot offers delicious pastries and fresh bread that is perfect for any gathering. Everything is made fresh and the people working here are really nice. When you walk inside it smells so good. I recently got the chocolate croissant block which is a looker and a crowd pleaser with the flaky and chocolaty goodness. There is some outdoor seating but this is more of a grab and go spot and with a parking lot this is a huge plus as the village of Huntington has gotten too busy. In short: - Delicious pastries and breads - Grab and go spot with a parking lot - Some outdoor seating

I've never had better bread. We used to go to their original location. It's even better now. Sourdough second to none!

no where near Rheinwalds that is sadly gone. The store hours days open are strange. Best to go to Fiorello's for deserts yes you will pay a premium for their goods but not much More than you would hete and the product is much much better.

The scones!!! The absolute best scones I’ve ever eaten. The service was fantastic, line moves quickly. I’ll be back.

Hands down one of the best bakeries I've been to in my life. The breads and baked goods are all delicious and experty crafted, the place is immacuately clean and it smells like heaven. The constant line out the door says it all!I love that they regularly change up the products, but we are so sad that they did away with the cupcakes! My husband and I would get several a week - they were the best we've ever had, especially the double chocolate. Pretty please, bring those back!

The young girl who served me was very sweet but I'm amazed she wasn't trained properly in that she used the same gloves on my cash, the cash register & to prepare my food. I gave her a lesson that the owner or manager should have given her.****

Great bakery for bread and other pastries. I've bought the sourdough several times, including doing an online pre order for Saturday pickup. I've never gone right when they open but based on other reviews, there's always a line and they can sell out fast. Delicious fresh sourdough that keeps me coming back for more, it justifies the $8-9 price tag. Their challah is also great. I keep both in the freezer and pull out a slice whenever I'm in need!

This bakery has such great sweet treats and yummy breads to choose from. The coffee was okay. The morning bun was so yummy. I have to try the croissant block next time. The girl that took care of our order was sweet and she gave a cookie to my daughter. Go check them out.

Omg so good! We are new to the bakery and while we try to be low carb, it goes out of the window here! Prices are good for the quality. Lines are intense and they sell out of many of the favorites. We love the sourdough bread. The muffins are great too. Happy to support a hard working, high quality, local business.
