I was there today 5/30/25 at 9.am a nice lady took my order of 2 dozen donuts and a large coffee she made everything perfect she is very sweet always with smile I get a great service from her it was a guy working there but it look like he is just playing around while she was taking care of everything which is no fear when is two people working in front of the business I also bought a sourdough sandwich and the lady at the kitchen did a great job it was delicious they can have all the stars but that guy the managers need to put more attention to employees like him he was on the phone talking inappropriate language

Just went to this location and ordered a latte. After 30 min of waiting the employees said they couldn’t make it. I then asked for a refund and they refused. I am now down 10 dollars and don’t have any coffee. I will not be returning.

Stay far away from this location there debit/credit card machines are stealing from customers. One machine is even rigged with a card reader you can notice the difference just by looking at it and they don't care. Must be an inside job. Literally.

A very nice place but at the time when I entered there was only one boy who I heard called Edwin, he was doing everything, while another lady of around 50-55 years old with the tag Irma was only in an office with another boy with hair. blondes and curls, who did not help the poor teenager while he attended to me and made my coffees and my food, Edwin gets the 5 stars but the others were only for decoration
Kid-friendliness: All very good for children, but they need staff more attentive to customers, they cannot exploit a teenager in that way

I enjoy coming to this Dunking however today was not good I come in and the guy at the register is eating and on his phone doesn’t greet or anything I ask for light ice and doesn’t give me that also a bagel sandwich also gives it to me completely burnt tasting like charcoal and seems to be in his own world not being nice at the register and has an attitude hope the guy gets a talk also he is a bit tall and has tattoos.
