Today May 26 at 11:37am. I asked for a hot French vanilla coffee at the drive thru and the guy told me about how good the iced coffee was. I got the iced instead. This man madeTHE BEST iced coffee ever made. The staff here has always been super cool and this guy too. Thanks guys.

Without a doubt this is the worst Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbin’s franchise. They have a 90% success rate at totally disregarding orders when it comes to Baskin Robbin’s.Shame on myself for trying 5 separate times over a year period thinking maybe they have new workers and they’ve gotten better. They do have new workers, but whoever is responsible for training and quality control at the establishment isn’t doing their job. Some of the issues I’ve had is every milkshake they prepare is 85% milk 15% ice cream even when you try and tell them to only use a quarter of the usual milk amount. Milkshakes are basically soup in a cup and not even that cold since it’s all milk.Unfortunately the list of issues is too many to write. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or use the drive thru. The outcome is usually the same.

TERRIBLE. Asked for a simple dark roast light and sweet and got cold milk so I sent it back. The second coffee was the same as the first. How hard is it to press button's on a machine that dispense’s the amount of sugar and half and half it puts into the coffee ….. this place really deserves 0 stars.

Rated 4/5 because it’s a Dunkin, not a boutique Espresso Palace. That being said, they have WiFi, they have coffee, and they have public bathrooms. What’s not to love? A perfect pit stop to relax in for a while.

Worst dunkin donuts. Everytime I have ordered food from drive thru here, they manage to ruin something. I got sausage egg and cheese on a croissant today, they didn’t include the sausage. I asked for it to be cut in half, the didnt do it. STOP MESSING UP PEOPLES ORDERS!!! The staff are a bunch of idiots with dumb looks on their faces when you tell them they didn’t do something correctly. Horrible.

It was my first visit to this location and this is the terrible place to go and eat anything , I ordered bagels they were hard as stone upon returning them got the same hardest sesame bagels , coffee was made wrong , infact it had the worst taste , worst customer service esp the Big Guy there didnt seem to be bothered atall didnt even say sorry or anything , i spent 30 minutes in store just exchanging things and getting bad in return , from my side i would give a zero star and will never ever visit that store again.

Every time I get a coffee or iced beverage. The flavor is odd. The lemonade had a spicy taste to it, perhaps a cross contamination from a previous drink mixed in ? The coffee has a strange taste to it as well. Always give the benefit of the doubt and another chance. But each time. Something just tastes, off.
