The Morning lady should be less rude to the customers, Thursday August 15 /24 early , I came in to get something hot to drink and for some reason she was answering me very rudely I believe she's Spanish , and there's a guy he's probably Indian his teeth need a dentist asap

I had such a craving for Dunkin’ Donuts, I drove out of my way en route home from work, only to be highly disappointed by the state of this DD. Absolutely NO donuts to choose from, and what ever they did have….. stale AF. Imagine my dismay when I arrived home, ready to enjoy my slim selection….. :( never going by this store again. Saddest DD ever!

Definitely the fastest dunkin donuts I've ever been too!!! And miss the coffee, glad they finally stopped spiking the dam coffee with to much sugar when u ask for cream and sugar lol Definitely better then 4 years ago!!

Very rude male worker i believehe was the manager , did not know how to take care with cx , came out to me in a very angry way , while i was just asking him for an order i made . Never ordering again .

Early morningCoffee ordered was not the right flavor.Additional donut were not included in the bag Eventho I ordered it several times to the cashier.Hard of hearing I guessed.I just walked out disappointed, this morning.Went to park near by and had to throw away the coffee into trash can .What a bad day I m going to go through.... Dammm. ...?????

The older man in there is SOOOO RUDE !!! his customer service SUCKS!! I asked for a frozen iced coffee with cream and caramel. I got an iced coffee with cream and caramel. So I politely said “excuse me sir , I asked for a frozen coffee”. He proceeds to raise his voice & yell & tells me I didn’t order that I ordered a iced coffee. Mind you. The lady before me ordered an iced coffee. I never order iced coffee cause I don’t drink those. I know what I ordered. And other customers we’re around while he proceeded to raise his voice. He refunded me then ended up properly charging me for what I wanted. But he was not a nice man & it’s not the first time he’s been rude to me or to another customer. He’s way too old to be acting like that. I’m highly upset and I almost walked out of there.The Dunkin donut right next to McDonald’s..HORRIBLE SERVICE
