First visit here. Seating is tight and it was packed on a Saturday night. We waited over 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. The pineapple and prosciutto appetizer was a great start as was the multi-choice bread basket. Veal scalloping had the most delicious sauce which made getting through some chewiness truly worth it. Wait staff was at times hard to flag down, with the food outweighing the service. I'd go back but during the week when not so crowded.
Amazing food as always with warm and attentive staff. Eduardo‘s is a gem here in Huntington Village.
I loved the rustic ambience . Its too bad the noise level was high. Parking is also an issue , but that's typical fir a Saturday. The food and servic was excellent.
It's not very big, and it's also not very quiet, but that is all part of the very well curated, and artfully crafted machine that it is. If you were to blindfold your way in, you could just as easily place yourself in Bologna, as you might in some, small upper east side, neighborhood local's spot - the feel is the same.... They pay attention to what you order, and the kitchen knows how best to serve it. The fennel and anchovy insalata is magic, and if you think you don't like anchovy, try again!
Wonderful first time experience .. delicious food lovely ambience and great service .. thank you Andrea!
Edoardo's is one of our favorite spots in Huntington Village. The menu is updated frequently and honestly it's hard to decide because everything is delicious! I am dairy free, one of my favorite starters is the fennel salad. I usually go with fish, this week I had the Paccheri pasta with Red Snapper ragout which was amazing! If you are looking for ordinary Italian food this might not be your place. The dishes are flavorful and exciting and never disappoint!
Really, everything - the service, the food, the atmosphere. It’s all perfect.
We decided to check out Edoardo's Trattoria after a recommendation from a friend, and we are so glad we did!
The night couldn't have been better. The food was amazing, and the vibe was welcoming.
When we got there, we were welcomed by McKenna, who is a sweetheart, friendly, funny, and the owner of an adorable dog.
While waiting for our table, we sat at the bar and (happily) decided to eat there instead of at a table. Good choice (in our opinion) because we got the chance to meet Adi, who was friendly & so passionate about the food and the restaurant in general. It all made for such an enjoyable evening!
The bread was homemade, and there was a thin, crispy flat that was so good!
As a starter, we had the Prosciutto and pineapple (with burrata and candied hazelnuts). The combination of the prosciutto, the carmelized pineapple, and the creamy burrata was perfection. (Next trip, we want to try the mussels, they look so good!)
Next up, we split a pappardelle alla bolognese. Hand-made pasta and a rich beef ragu, what more could you as for!
For our entrees, Tom had the pollo scarpariello. According to Tom, it was the best he has had (and believe me, it's his favorite, so if it's on the menu, he's getting it). I tried some, and I have to agree, it was great...tender, and well seasoned.
I had the veal scallopini valdostana...tender veal complemented by mashed potatoes with a subtle flavor of rosemary. Utterly delicious!
Dessert was a basil panna cotta with a mixed berry reduction and fresh whipped cream. The panna cotta was so creamy, and the combination of savory basil and sweet berries was pure heaven.
We had wine with dinner (and some great limoncello to finish), but the martinis looked great and are definitely on my to try list.
The dish of mixed sweet and sour gummies that accompanied the check was a great touch.
Before leaving, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Edoardo (Adi's father). Not just a talented chef, he is sweet, humble, and just so nice!
The experience made the trip from Queens to Huntington well worth it. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Edoardo's to anyone who prizes having fresh, delicious food prepared with care in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Food is exceptional (try the mussels!). Eduardo is a gentleman and found us the perfect wine pairing. This place has earned a spot in our regular Huntington rotation and is ALWAYS solid.

Delicious food. Very limited menu, but definitely something for everyone. Olives and bread before the meal were delicious.

They think over highly of themselves to require a credit card hold for reservations. The food was adequate. The noise level extraordinary. The waiter was rude and a voice so loud I felt as if I was being scolded whenever he came to the table which wasn't often. The service was poor. Will never return and I don't recommend.
My wife and I dined at Edoardo's for the first time, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The food was outstanding—house-made pappardelle and the truffle ravioli, in particular, were absolute standouts. We both agreed they were among the best dishes we've had in years. We ended the meal with the pistachio cheesecake, which was rich and beautifully paired with fresh whipped cream and berries. Edoardo's is, in my opinion, the finest Italian cuisine in the area. An absolute must-try!
Highly recommended if your interested in nourishing your body with very high quality and finely prepared meals. Very few establishments come close in terms of quality and taste.
It was a take out order so no comment on atmosphere. The beet salad is now one of my favorites. Thank you chef and your staff for making my evening a relaxing and enjoyable one.
