Wait staff was at times hard to flag down, with the food outweighing the service. I'd go back but during the week when not so crowded.
It's not very big, and it's also not very quiet, but that is all part of the very well curated, and artfully crafted machine that it is. Edoardo's is one of our favorite spots in Huntington Village. The menu is updated frequently and honestly it's hard to decide because everything is delicious! I am dairy free, one of my favorite starters is the fennel salad. I usually go with fish, this week I had the Paccheri pasta with Red Snapper ragout which was amazing! If you are looking for ordinary Italian food this might not be your place. The dishes are flavorful and exciting and never disappoint!
