Great place to have dinner when you're going to a show at the Paramount. It's right next door

The food was rushed and undercooked. Drinks were lackluster. We were going to a show next door which is why we went, but please avoid this place and go across the street to the Tap Room.
Read some mixed reviews and decided to go anyway. So glad we did. The food was excellent and the service even better. This will be our “go to” place anytime we see a show at the Paramount.
I'm not one to write reviews They sell them every write a bad review, but this place has been horrible. $200 thrown away. We ordered the New York strip steak that was as thick as a piece of bologna and we ordered A pasta dish I was in edible also got a cheese and meat platter with one paper thin piece of salami cut into Floors few pieces of cheese two pieces of prosciutto and 100 crackers to cover up the plate so it look full. Don't waste your money McDonald's would've been a better option.
Our server Lauren was great. I had orrechette and it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food.
The Fried Calamari was so soft and fresh. Ceaser salad dressing...BAM!! Excellent Manhattan...one helluva bartender, she was. And had the personality to match!!
Loved Ella's . Will definitely be going back again . Great food and happy hour . Loved our waitress and all was great !
We had reservations at Ella's before seeing a show at the Paramount. The service was very good, the food was excellent and so was the coffee and apple crumb dessert. I would highly recommend Ella's!
Waited a while for drinks, server got two items wrong and had to send back. Food quality has gone down since last I been here. Had to send back the steak entree because it was almost inedible because of the fat. Was not comped but given another one to take home.

Extremely loud, mainly the group of men next to us—seemed like some sort of 25 year reunion of sorts.. Was super excited for the pizza, came hungry. Pizza was okay, very expensive for a less than mediocre pizza. 1653 Coal Fire Pizza is way better in every way. One of us added chicken to salad & did not get chicken until every one else finished their meals, even though we asked multiple times and were reassured it was coming. They removed it from the bill, but still was not a pleasant experience to feel like we did not matter. Also Pink Pony Drink is terrible. Tasted like tonic water, lemon, and grapefruit juice, aka acid.
Best wood fired pizza I've ever eaten. The salmon was amazing also. The staff was very friendly.
They informed me that they ran out of my salad as they were putting the rest of my parties meal down. Then I decided to try some of my sisters chicken ceaser salad and there was a hair in the chicken. The drinks also did not taste well and it was so incredibly loud in there we could not hear each other talking.
We always loved this place, really nice to see James. From BBQ. Pizza, ehh, cold. Couldn't even get hot tomato sauce to dip the crust in( asked 3 different people.... James got it right away). Disappointing
It took over 30 minutes to get entrees out of the kitchen - Server was great - Very Loud Place Menu is very small - If you want pizza then you should go there - Otherwise I would not.
