It was the worst experience I have ever had had at a restaurant. The waitress made a mistake and did not put one of our dinner orders. Not sure why when there are 4 people at a table she would think we only want 3 dinners. We could not get her attention to ask where the dinner was and 10 minutes later when she finally came over she said she would order and rush it l. 40 minutes later the food was still not there and all we wanted at that point was the check. The waitress ignored us and then the manager finally came over. DO NOT GO THERE. McDonald's would have been better
Went to Ella's on NYE, so crowded and noise was expected. We had a reservation and ended up sitting almost 45 mins after that reservation. Food also took extremely long to come out, we were worried about missing the show at the Paramount after. Appetizer and pasta were delicious, I especially recommend the Cacio e Pepe. The pizza was not great though. The bottom had so much flour caked in that it was inedible. I do recommend trying Ella's out, but do not get the pizza. And make sure to pick a night that may be less busy, especially if you have plans after.
We made our reservation on open table and it was confirmed. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. Nobody has messaged us. We were unable to dine there and ended up going to another restaurant down the street. Very disappointing.
Really bad experience. Took 2 hours to get the meal & each person's came out at separate times. One person got their meal after we all ate. We were told that it's policy by Live Nation during a show night next door to serve food as it's ready even if others need to wait. Asked for a manger who discounted our bill but overall experience was not good.
Waiter had no personality, had to ask for drinks more than once. The entrees were small and left you hungry appetizers were the best part. Would not go back or recommend to anyone.

Ordered gf pizza it was burnt , cocktail was mostly ice service was fine until it started getting busy then we were rushed tried to clear the table while we were still eating
Couldn't be more convenient for a show at the Paramount and we were here a second time because we enjoyed it last time. Everything was good but the service. It seemed like the restaurant was short staffed and confused.
been coming for years. the pizza tasted like a store bought crust. something was clearly wrong tonight
I have been coming here for almost a decade. Never once had been treated with more disrespect than encountering Rachel and this short round took who stanks of weed. What a downgrade for what was once a family favorite restaurant. Will be contacting Founders Room as well as Chamber of commerce. Complete abhorrent behavior.
Enjoyable experience made pleasant by friendly server. California style pizza ordered was tasty but described with chicken and it was a little lacking that ingredient. Calamari was delish. Overall pleasant and definitely convenient dining if attending a show at the Paramount Theater which is right next door.

Message to the owner... get rid of your cooks.
$49 for a hockey puck of a steak cooked till grey (ordered med rare) with warm mashed potatoes and 1oz of cold broccoli rabe? Come on!
Chicken scarp that looked like it was cooked last week? Seriously?
The pear salad... outstanding! But we came in to eat food, not lettuce.
Why would the food take 40 min to come out with 3 occupied tables on a Sunday night before a show?
The competition is high in your area. You guys gotta step it up.
Also, just a little word of advice. When a customer has an issue like we did, you should really try and rectify before they leave. Not rectifying leads to reviews like this one.
Good luck, I hope this doesn't land on def ears.

The food was rushed and undercooked. Drinks were lackluster. We were going to a show next door which is why we went, but please avoid this place and go across the street to the Tap Room.
Read some mixed reviews and decided to go anyway. So glad we did. The food was excellent and the service even better. This will be our “go to” place anytime we see a show at the Paramount.
